Hotel was great! Put on a great breakfast, and snack for kids at 8pm! Great staff- kind and helpful! Would stay again and plan too next year!

Property was dated and in need of renovations. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was continental and fair at best. Offering a restaurant breakfast/brunch experience is my preference.

Nice clean hotel, a lot of stores in the area so good access to anything that you need, very friendly staff, would come back for another stay.

The place was dirty and lots of broken stuff in bathroom. Breakfast was a mess and not clean area. I would never go back

When we arrived for check-in, they over booked our room but they did offer us a room of lesser value and offered us some money back. Hotel was very clean but be sure to arrive at check-in time.

This hotel is in a great location. For our stay, it was smack in the middle of everything we planned to do. There were restaurants easily nearby. Our disappointment was with service and accommodation. The room was very nice size and very clean. The mattress was horrendous. We both had difficulty sleeping and awoke with aching back during our stay. I talked to the front desk on the first morning and asked if they could put extra mattress pads or mattress topper on it or perhaps change out the mattress. We were touring all day and came back at night, and to our disappointment, nothing was done, and our room was not serviced by housekeeping as I had requested at check-in the day prior. The next morning, I again asked the desk if they could do something on the mattress, and the clerk, who did not have a name tag on, told me, "I doubt it." When I asked her to check and see if we were marked for housekeeping, she replied, "Yeah, you're on there." I mentioned that I had asked for the prior day too, and it wasn't done, so I just needed to be sure it would be done this day. Her reply was a hasty "You're on the list". We always stay at Hampton Inn when traveling, and I was surprised by the lack of customer service and the attitude of the desk clerks. We are usually very comfortable and very happy at Hampton Inn, This one, while it is very clean as is expected, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and service was poor.

staff was friendly, breakfast was good and hotel was clean. On a main road. 1st unit that we checked into the refrigerator was broken (they did give us another room but we had already unpacked). Room service was by request

Great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They even had fresh baked cookies daily! Breakfast buffet was great too, not just continental. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Cape Cod.
