Location was perfect for us because it was near the beach and we even did our morning walks on the beach nearby. We had great time by the swimming pool Restaurant Room was clean and service was good. View from the room was nice.

Beautiful beach with Good facility on center of beach . Comparing to nearby hotels We found sierra palms is one of the best hotel . We stayed in freetown for 15 days but we only spend two night and it was great , best hot water In the room , toilet amenities are international standard . Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms with seaview are best but the street is busy for hole night .

Sierra Palms Resort, just remember this name for the best hotel in Sierraleone Freetown. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. I had great experience at swimming pool restaurant food was amazing staff we’re great. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Sierraleone Freetown . Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Hotel need to upgrade and spend some money in training staff. no professional chef, no hygiene, no HACCAP policy applied . No Gym and pool was full of Dirty water. once a week pool is cleaned hence rest of the days the water is not hygienic to swim. ordered room service club sandwich and sandwich came with fly in it. poolside restaurant one can see cockroaches roaming around and is in the room. My room bed had bed bugs and in the night i saw a mouse running around.

My husband and I recently got married here! We had about 65 guest that came from the U.S. and stayed at this hotel for our wedding and the staff went above and beyond to make us and our guest feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms were clean, Food was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach and there are a ton of shops and places to eat all on the ***** and all within walking distance! The views are great wether you have an ocean view or a Mountain View. Ethan, the hotel manager, was easy to reach and communicate with. Hassan, the restaurant manger, was great and helped to make sure that our wedding who were vegan or vegetarian were taken care of. -The Mathais’s

Customer service was terrible and slow. Receptionists were extremely rude and housekeeping often forgot towels in the room, which would take 7 or 8 trips and multiple hours to the receptionist to get. Breakfast is poor quality; some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had and pastries were often stale. Rooms are poor quality, stained towels and sheets, I had a broken shower that it took two days to fix, again because of an unresponsive reception. For the amount they charge, it’s extremely poor value. Stay somewhere else.

j'ai été dans ce hotel pendant 2 jours pour des tests géotechniques dans le cadre de la supervision du projet CLSG. Très bon hotel avec une belle vue sur la mer. La nourriture est très bonne Je vous recommande vivement ce hotel

The Manager’s customer service was terrible - during check - in at hotel, I requested for a sea view room, receptionist nicely informed me that rooms will be available by the 2nd day but I need to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager he said because I booked with ******* it won’t be possible. I told him that I am only requesting for a sea view and if it needs any additional payment as upgrade then I can pay. He walked away without responding which I think was rude. As manager I was expecting much from him in terms of customer service.
