Espace dans la chambre Moderne et propre Grand parking Piscine Fitness Business center Les points négatifs : Prix élevé de la laundry Et surtout personnel TOTALEMENT INCOMPÉTENT au petit déjeuner. 2h avant la fin de l'horaire, plus de fruits, de cinnamon roll, de café, de pancakes, de muffins, d'omelette, Bref, quasiment tout est vide !! Je réclame à la personne en charge du petit déjeuner mais refus, il va prendre sa pause de 15 min !!! Malgré mes réclamations à l'accueil ainsi que d'autres personnes, nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes pour avoir qqs aliments et une heure pour les rolls. Mais certains n'ont pas été réapprovisionné du tout alors qu'ils restait encore bp de tps pour le petit déjeuner. Honteux !! Aucune excuse de la personne du petit déj, aucune intention d'aller plus vite pour satisfaire les pauvres clients comme moi errant comme des âmes en peine avec des assiettes vides. We apologize, C'est tout, 2 mots de la part de l'accueil au moment du départ !! HONTEUX !!!!!!

Very clean, great breakfast selection with eggs, sausage, bagels etc! Very reasonable rate! Liked that it was out of town, nice quiet location!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Always clean and beds are very good. Unfortunately this time, as I was loading my car in the morning. I was smashed and grabbed! They took out my back window and cleaned me out in less than 30 seconds! I told the front desk and they could care less!! I asked for the manager to call me so I could get a copy of the security video. They never called! Still have not responded to any of my messages! The police told me that this happens at this hotel! The staff told me this was the first time. I am VERY disappointed 😞 I lost everything and this hotel could have cared less. Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again! I understand that this thing happens. They were definitely watching me as I went back into the hotel. I am not upset about that part! I am completely disappointed and upset at the hotel management!! I am out over 6 grand and I am a signed father. In between homes so I did not have renters insurance!! So I am S.O.L.!! I know the hotel would not have done anything, but they could have treated this situation better!! They could have treaded me better!

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I was woken up by staff in the hall on two separate occasions though. So much for sleeping in on my vacation. There's not a lot of options for dining close by but you're literally right by 101, the airport and the beach. Was nice to be able to get on the road and sightsee so quickly and I wasnt in a rush to get to the airport for my flight home.

Check in and check out. Service was awesome fast and accommodating. The breakfast was not good only one cheese omelette was left in the pan. So I let the gentleman know that was stocking that it was empty. Both egg pans and he was very rude letting me know that he keeps it stock till 10 and he’s working on it and it will be a while just have to wait.

Great place if the weather has you stuck an extra night in Eureka. Easy shuttle. Friendly staff. Clean.

They had 24hr access to coffee and tea. My kids enjoyed the pool and I appreciated the laundry room. They also helped us when we needed extra towels or a fork to eat in our room.

Very helpful and professional staff. Clean room. Perfect hot tub. Good breakfast.

Rooms are not quiet. Can hear people talking in the hallway and guests using water next door clearly. Easy parking, complimentary breakfast was a plus. Staff members were friendly.
