Le falta limpieza. Los empleados fumando en los alrededores. Personal sin experiencia. Hasta ahora ha sido la peor experiencia de nuestro viaje.

Very dated. Multiple rooms where fireplaces didn’t work. Toilet leaking. I used to like coming here. My wife and I would always stay here the weekend after Xmas to wind down. It’s time to choose a new place.

We reserved a Fireplace Room, did not get this when we checked in. The carpet in our room was dirty.

Great set up for families, especially if you have older kids with you. Great to have thr 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and separate living space. Only complaint was that it was a little run down...it had been cleaned, but needed to be updated and deep cleaned.

Average hotel. The pull out sofa be was filthy. When opened dirt, hair, used toothpicks were all over tha mattress and then dirties the floor. The lock fell of the door. The lobby closes at 10:00pm so you can't ask for anything if you need. The room sleeps siz but only 2 towels were provided. I will never stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights and it was just ok. The dishwasher was full of the previous guests dishes. Washed, but not clean. The door to the room was very difficult to open. The "fireplace" was just a light. Overall the room is in dire need of a remodel. We will not stay again.

Came to Cleveland for a family trip. Check in was fine. No thrills, so don't come here expecting free breakfast, etc. Front lobby is closed between 11 pm and 8 am. If you don't show before 11 pm, they cancel your room. Our first room was disgusting. Beds were made, but there was hair everywhere, food on the tables and it smelled. Clearly had not been cleaned. Called front desk, lady was very nice and she gave us a new room. New room was much better. Very outdated (funiture, carpet, curtains) and still weird smells. Beds were comfy, looks like bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates. Sunday morning, we had somone doing work outside our bedroom window. Kind of weird, you would think they would wait until after 11 when we check out. Not sure I would go back, but I did love the layout and extra space for 5 people.

The place was alright. No housekeeping services are offered unless your here for over two weeks. Kitchen is not equipped with basic pots & pans only has one & was dirty. Booking was for 5 people was only given 2 towels & when called for more was told I needed to go pick them up myself. Had to take out trash but was not even provided extra bags to do so. The lady at front desk was nice but other than that would probably not stay here again unless it was just for a day or two.

Everyone was nice & it was very convenient to crocker park shopping center.
