A nice little hotel woth a living room amd kitchen for a cheap price. This hotel is also closed to numerous restaurants as well as Crocker Park. Everything you need was in a few minute radius!

Front desk guy was super nice! We arrived really late at night. Check in and there were bed bugs. 😭 Had to scramble and find a room big enough with 3 separate sleeping areas at 11 at night.

Property was very poorly managed. They took the opportunity to fraudulently sign my name on the check in documents and the manager refused to address. I formal complaint has been issued to theor corporate office along woth a complaint issued with *******

Smelled like pee and ****. The room was pieced together and had spackle on the walls and the counters were missing trim. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was gross.

The front desk was overwhelmed with my reservation not in his system. There were people asking for sheets towels and blankets. Probably no one to help him. He did his best.

The hotel was dirty, carpets were old and stained. No utensils, plates old stove.
Linens were not changed, and beds were not made. I will never stay there again. Also, the price was expensive.

We checked out early. Absolutely unacceptable. Westlake is a wonderful community but this hotel is a bad as it gets. Do not stay!!!

The first room smelled of heavy smoke. The front desk employee was very understanding and tried to spray a deodorizer but it still smelled. We moved to another room. It didn’t smell but the air conditioning was not working and the floor wasn’t clean.
