酒店Extended Stay America - 克利夫蘭 - 大北商場(Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Great Northern Mall)

First off the front desk staff I did not get their name unfortunately but the male (blonde )and female (blonde) were remarkably kind and helpful. I truly wish they can take their hard work to a better established place. They are unfortunately misplaced. The hotel on the other hand, was not clean at all. Linen were dirty. The room spelled like **** and what made me check out an hour after checking in what I saw next store was a street worker leaving from the room and watching her go to the next room. I was with my family and definitely was not an environment for that. Once again that staff was super kind and I appreciate that for the assistance. Spend the extra $30 a night and stay at the hotels that are 2 mins away.

For $155/night, we expected a stocked room with the cooking utensils and trash cans shown in the picture. There wasn't even a hair dryer.

Bed sheets have stains, carpet smells. Included breakfast is minimum.

I did not get to check in due to all the rooms being used! They still took my money and did not work with this app to refund my money thanks!..

There was a roach in the room not enough pillows for four guests. I left the next day and brought Ike’s at the Holiday Inn. I will never book another room at this establishment again

Old and grungy. I would not stay here again. I wish I had looked for a newer hotel with a full breakfast, as the price may have been similar.

Entire floor smelled like smoke. Room smelled just as bad. Property claims to be “non smoking” but the entire building smelled awful

Booked on *******. Came to property to check in and said the manager forgot to take it off. They were overbooked and had no room for us.

Overall it was fairly clean in the room, but once outside the room it was dirty and dingy in the hallways and outside. It was suppose to be a nonsmoking facility but our floor consistently smelled like a mix of cigarettes and ****. It didn't appear that there was anyone out and about ensuring things were being maintained appropriately.
