酒店洛杉磯西湖西昂村居家酒店(Residence Inn Los Angeles Westlake Village)

There’s a gap between our door & wall, light & noises from hallways came through. Fridge started making loud clicking noise on the second day…we had to unplug it. Otherwise everything else was OK.

From the early check process to retrieving my room key all was easy and well done pleasant attitudes and helpfulness.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent service from Kylie and Dominic who helped me with xeroxing business documents and even delivered the documents to the room very willingly and with a smile! Big thanks to John, Kylie, Dominic,Daniel,Baylie and Nancy the housekeeping staff, and Glenn for always being there when we needed a lot of luggage to be transported, for being courteous, friendly and helped make my stay comfortable. BigThank You to Josh and chief engineer Mr. G who helped us a number of times when we needed help with changing out certain items in the room. ( Mr. G helped change out air filter and cleaned the ceiling vents for us, replace towel holder). Thank you to Marcia who allowed us to stay and talk at our table even though the dining room was closed. We must have stayed 15 minutes over time.

The receptionist took our call to cancel the forst nights reservation, but forgot. ******* (the real **********) automatically cancelled our reservation due to no show. So when we finally arrived next day we lost the room reservation. Marriot personell were completely indifferent to our situation. ******* was totally unavailable by phone or online to help. So we were charged for one night we didn't use. We ended up finding another non Marriot hotel in the area.

Always a nice stay. Staff are excellent.

Extremely disappointed! I have stayed at numerous Marriott Hotels but this one was far the worst. I rented three rooms for three nights. The pool has a black dirt line around the entire pool and hot tub, broken furniture in every room, filth around sink, and the beds are hard. The hallways smell of urine. The staff turned off the pool lights without telling anyone who was currently in the pool area causing my husband to have multiple open wounds on his shin from running into the pool furniture in the dark. My grandson was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance after my daughter entered the wrong room using key access. How does a key card open multiple rooms? She clearly seen the green unlock light and heard it click. After entering that room she quickly apologized and closed the door not knowing her two year olds hand was stuck in the opposite side of the door. While crying and pleading the guest on the other side is only banging back on the door. His only response after opening the door was “who’s cleaning up this blood?” The breakfast was bland and the lady who staffed the area was rude on our first night. That rudeness discouraged us from using that service for the remainder of our visit. The majority of the staff was very pleasant but by far this stay was the worst I have had. I used the dishwasher in my room only to find out it flooded the entire counter and stove area soaking all our food. $1500 wasted only to go home with multiple injuries and stress.
