We chose this hotel based on reviews and was disappointed. Front desk guy was a little rude although I could see he was.trying to be helpful to other guests. The bathroom had a horrible stench. Bathroom door doesn't stay open. The bed was comfortable and overall room was clean. Not an 8 star (review) hotel.

Have stayed there for the last three years with my dog to avoid fireworks on July Fourth. Reserved the room through *******, but when I got there, they said they were under new management/ownership and are no longer dog friendly, although it still states that on *******… either the hotel ownership or ******* needs to get their stuff together 😡

I booked the room through *******. When we went to our room we saw that it was a king bed. I clearly booked 2 queen beds. We went to front desk to inform them of mistake and was told to call ******* because there was nothing they could do. I told them I have a receipt email proving the mistake was on their end. They insisted it was *******s fault. After insisting they finally agreed to give us correct room. We get into our room and the phone rings. My husband couldn't understand what they wanted so he goes to front desk. They gave him a paper with a site to book them directly next time. Said we would get more perks and it would be easier for us. We then go to sleep only to be woken at 10pm from a phone call and asked why we were in a different room. My husband explained we were originally given the wrong room and they put us in the correct room. No sleep after that because after traveling for 3 long days this was unacceptable.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in. I will stay here again on future trips.

The breakfast room lady who mean, she stared at you when you get breakfast and she stood next to you and ready to clean up when you get a coffee. She made me very uncomfortable. I dont need security or body guard when i eat. She should get fired.

The hotel was quick to get to off the I-5 . The room felt clean the carpets could be replaced, the bed was comfortable . When we went in our room the key did not work and we just pushed the door open , it did lock with the deadbolt once in the room !! The sink area is out side of the shower and toilet which I normally don't like but this time it was ok because there was such a bad smell from with the toilet or shower drain not sure which . We checked in at 600 and there was a power failure shortly after it , that came back on are 9:30 pm . In the morning when to check out we were in the 3 rd floor and the elevator had a sign on it saying because of the power outage the elevator was not working so we had to haul all our stuff down the stairs . Upon check out there was no mention of all the inconveniences .... kinda frustrating ,

The front desk person was very welcoming and excellent. The breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. The room was comfortable.

For an overnight I-5 travelers' stay, it is rrasonably priced, comfortable, clean, good-warm breakfast. It is a very good stay.
