One night stay while traveling through CO. Arrived and the room was FILTHY. One of the beds had dirty sheets, and I called the front desk and asked for them to be changed. The front desk attendant advised that they were understaffed and she could not leave to change the sheets. She said I could come get fresh sheets to change myself - which I did. The restroom floor was also disgusting (dirty & hair all over). We left early and I reached out to Priceline to advise them of our stay. They advised that they could not issue the refund without the approval of the hotel. I called the hotel, and the manager Heidi agreed to a refund. When Priceline called to verify she was MIA. After a week of dealing with this, I called the hotel again and a RUDE lady by the name of Andrea answered and was adamant that Heidi said she never agreed to refund us. I further explained our hotel stay, and she was adamant that she would not agree to a refund. So here I am, advising that you DO NOT stay here unless you’re willing to sleep in dirty sheets, use nasty restrooms, and receive TERRIBLE customer service.

There was a homeless person sleeping in the ice area next to my room. Then a different one in the morning when I left, then one outside asking for money. Staff did nothing about it.

I would never even think about staying here again. There was a lot i could look past like the gross amount of food dumped around the parking lot that was left for days. Or how the elevators were never cleaned so we used the stairs. But what really got to me was how they completely disregarded the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Apparently they only clean the rooms every third day so I don't even know what they were doing in my room on the second day even with the sign on the door handle. I could tell they were in my room because they removed the sign and put it inside the room. On the third day, our last day, they walked in while we were changing. It was 9am not even close to check out time. When I yelled they quickly closed the door. So I went and asked if they needed anything to which they giggled and said no and walked away. If you're a mom or single woman or are staying there with anything of value you may want to avoid because after that I was terrified and just thankful it was our last day.

I understand that the pandemic was hard on the hospitality industry. But my room was NOT ready for occupation. When asking for a change of room I was informed that all the rooms were in the same condition and I was given lengthy explanations as to why. A Motel 6 would have been better. But, due to graduation celebrations that weekend, the chances of finding another room in the area were slim so I toughed it out. After getting home I made a complaint with Choice Hotels and received an offer for 1 free night's stay in one of their hotels, providing I sign up for their "rewards" program and use the points within the next 18 months. Since I'm not planning to travel again within that time frame, nor am I ready to become a loyal Choice customer and I do not feel rewarded in any sense, I was informed that I could further pursue a remedy via email. I did, including pictures of the room and its 50 some dirty, broken, damaged, and missing items that are standard in any hotel room. Like phone (missing), clock (missing), TV remote (missing), wastebasket (missing), coffee maker (missing), wash cloth (missing), bath mat (missing), carpet (stained), bathroom door (punctured), bed (worn out), pillows (very small and very lumpy), bare wires sticking out of the wall, etc.. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a thing. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel for at least this season. Maybe by next year they'll have gotten it in shape.

After booking we were told that the hot tub was closed so we assumed the pool was still available but it was closed for maintenance i was traveling with my kids and that definitely limited the activities we had i would have booked a different hotel had i been told it was the pool area completely closed otherwise the rooms were nice and clean and the staff was great it was just extremely disappointing because with kids having a. Pool is very important maybe rewording the message to say there is no pool at all and telling people before they book would be a serious improvement i would have gone elsewhere

For the moderate price, this room was nicer than many more expensive hotels. Very comfortable bed, and that's really all that matters. Lemon water in the lobby is always a nice touch.

I wasn’t able to check in due to me being 20 and not 21. I also wasn’t able to get a refund either. It was a horrible experience with this hotel. Once in the hotel the lobby didn’t look that nice either and I will definitely not recommend this hotel or any other under that name to anyone.

The staff was incredibly helpful and provided phenomenal service. The hotel was overall nice. Our room was fairly nice besides the toilet paper rack being broken and the tiles in the bathroom lifting. Otherwise great for the price and would do again.

Hotel remodeled. Very poor construction. Peeling paint. Unfinished fixtures, walls. Broken doors. Room phone isnt connected. Dirty sheets. Very disappointed
