Grosses Zimmer mit grossem Bett und guter Matratze, grosses Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche und steter schön warmer Heizung. Alles sehr sauber! Der Chef hat sich sehr bemüht, mir in allem behilflich zu sein, da meine Englischkentnisse wirklich spätlich sind. Er hat ein Übersetzungsprogramm auf seinem grossen Bildschirm, das war super. Das Personal beim Zmorgen und für den Zimmerservice war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

What can I say. Just fantastic. Andrew was so helpful when we arrived helping park the car. Gave us a choice on the room we had chosen, both were fantastic. Helpful with choice of places in town to eat. The room was great, very comfy bed. Cannot fault this place at all. Definitely worth a return.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon where we were greeted by Andrew the owner. As we were the 1st to arrive we were given a choice of the front 2 rooms both lovely rooms with great views. Andrew recommend some of the local restaurants and pointed us the right direction. The room was immaculately clean, warm and very comfortable. Everything was provided for a relaxing weekend, some lovely treats, fruit, tea, coffee and 2 bottles of water. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap provided. Downstairs was a well stocked bar where we had a couple of drink after arriving back from our evening meals. There is also a beautiful comfortable lounge area perfect for a relax on a rainy afternoon. Breakfast really could not be faulted, there was a great choice from cereals through to full cooked English and everything else in between. This was our 1st visit to Queenswood Hotel but we will definitely be back. Thank you Andrew and all your team for a great weekend.

Great hotel, very friendly owner who offered loads of advice where to visit and eat in the area. The hotel was lovelyand a sea view. Room had a lobby area with desk and a large shower room. If we ever go back to this area we will definately stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel. We had a balcony room with a panoramic view of the seafront and pier. The best part of the stay was the owners Andrew and Beth who were most helpful with recommendations for eating places, days out, and spa/beauty salons. The location was excellent within 5-10 minute walk to the seafront and many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely room and beautiful interior of hotel. Well positioned to explore the town. Lovely owner. Quiet area with lots of interesting buildings around it. 10 minute walk to City centre and Grand Pier. Word of warning the Pier closed at 5pm

This is a beautiful hotel. The host was very friendly and attentive. He gave us good advice on where to eat. My room was very clean and comfortable, the room had a main bedroom a dressing room and a large en-suite with a very large bath (big enough for 2 to share). As well as the usual tea and coffee facilities popcorn, pretzels and apples were complimentary. The bar was well stocked with the host giving friendly chatter. The breakfast choices were good. The breakfast well cooked. On the whole to sum up beautiful property, warm friendly host, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. A definite YES I would stay here again and recommend to you all.

Above all expectations. It was really good value for money. Staff and owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Really old fashioned good customer service. So impressed. Family run. Room was spotless, had everything I needed and more. Good choice at breakfast, and tables really nicely laid out. Would definitely return here if I need to come to Weston super mare again.

Lovely hotel, really nice and knowledgable owner and staff. The room was comfy, warm and clean and had a lovely view over the town and out to sea. Breakfast when really nice and served to order. We will certainly stay again next time we are in Weston Super Mare.

Room was fantastic lovely and clean. Bathroom not big but did its job had a lovely hot bath when I got there. The view from the room was brilliant looked over the town and the sea. Would definitely go back and stay for days not just the one night. Thank you

This review is 100 % genuine. Thank you for a lovely stay recently. My room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent and the hotel is well located for all amenities. Parking can be challenging but I'm sure modifications to the parking will be made in due course. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

I loved everything about this hotel. The price, the room, the breakfast, the customer service, free easy parking, walking distance to town, we loved it. It was immaculately clean. The bed was amazing. We will definitely be back.

An elegant yet warm and friendly welcome here. We had beautiful views over the sea. The host, Andrew, and the rest of the staff could not have been more proactive and helpful. A lovely place to stay and so close to the town's amenities too.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we had a really nice time. Your hotel was one of the cleanest we have stayed in for a long time. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The amenities in the room were great. It was really hot in our room (no.10) and unfortunately we were unable to open the window. I do appreciate that this is probably for health and safety reasons. We were grateful for the fan that was provided, however it did get a little warm during the night. Regardless of that though we have a great stay, I would 100% recommend you to friends and family and we would love to return.
