諾沃克希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Norwalk)

The room was clean. It was a bit on the small size. The bed was comfortable. That being said, the key did not work, I had to go back down to the desk and get new ones issued. There was not one cup in the room, not with the coffee maker, not in the bathroom. I called to get some cups brought to the room. The woman that delivered the cups barely looked at me as she handed them to me. She had an expression on her face like it was a real bother for her to bring them. All in all it was an OK stay. I was only there only one night. It was adequate for what I needed. It was just a little less than I expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

Nice hotel, good location for us. The staff were outstanding and a real credit to the Hilton name. Everyone from the check in desk to housekeeping greeted us with warm friendly smiles and i have to single out the lady who was in charge of the restaurant, Perrette Bagley who made us feel so welcome every morning and sent us off with a smile on our faces. She was the cherry on the cake of our stay.

We booked a room at the Hilton to make it easier during my child’s swim meet. The room we stayed had a plumbing issue. The moment we entered, we noticed a smell but I couldn’t pinpoint the problem. On the next day, we noticed the horrible smell was a lot stronger when we were leaving to the meet in the morning. By the time we returned to our room later in the day, the smell was unbearable. We were nauseated. The whole room smelled like poop and so did our clothing which was left in the room. I spent the evening doing laundry in the hotel trying to get rid of the smell from our clothing. When we brought our concern to the front desk, we were offered Febreze instead of another room. Apparently Hilton solves plumbing issues with Febreze. I am still in shock in how the situation was handled or more accurately, not handled at all. What was meant to be a comfortable time before my child’s event turned to a nigh**are and we are still disgusted and sleep deprived from it.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Norwalk is an altogether standard chain hotel but much crisper than most--cleaner, better run, slightly better furnished. None of this is a big deal but it;s all nice to see.

The front desk was super helpful. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool as planned. But that was bc I think an event was going on and it was over crowded w teenagers. Otherwise a beautiful stay. Very nice rooms, staff and property.

The room was a great value - esp. for the other rates I was seeing in the area. Clean and comfortable. Staff could use some hospitality training, but they get the job done.

The hotel is a little dated, beds were comfortable, pool could use some cleaning because it look dirty. Overall not bad for the price paid.

It was as expected. Close to a good restaurant(next door, walkable), which was great for us coming in for 1 night and wanting to eat right away.
