科爾特斯汽車旅館(Cortez Motel)

Awful. Bad service, horrible rooms, poor parking spaces. Our stay at Cortez Motel was not good at all! Our room was rotting and had cracks in the ceiling and wall. When we tried to check in, the eftpos machine wasn't working due to a "comms" error, but didn't try to come up with a different solution. Then when we tried to check out the next morning, the office wasn't open, ( the sign on the door says they open at 8am) it was 8:15 and we had to leave otherwise we would be late to an advent we were going to. We left the key on the table inside the room and left the door unlocked then left and called at 8:30 to tell them about it. I couldn't understand half the things the lady was saying it was a little frustrating trying to talk to her. Not a good experience and won't be going back. Really disappointed as the pictures give off the indication that the place is amazing. It's not.

We have just stayed three nights at the Cortez Motels in Whakatane. The service was A+ so friendly so professional. The cooked breakfast is a must, sets you up for the day, and hot! We will be back. Location to town a nice walk, no traffic noise at night. Shower so hot, fabulous. We will be back.

Very high standard of cleanliness. Very comfortable and a great place to stay. Arrived late and everything was ready for us. Not the top end of motels in terms of price but we had no issues with staying there. Would use again if in Whakatane Close to centre of town and very convenient
