The first key wouldnt work, room changed. to a corner downstairs room. The t.v wouldnt work, there was no way to make a hot drink, it was cold, the heater did work. No tissues in room. It was very basic, ok if thats all you want.

It is so close to our son's house. It is an older hotel, but owner was very nice.It could use some updating. Bed was comfortable.

We were extremely tired from a long drive, but pleasantly surprised that the room was super clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work. I would recommend your hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.

I have use ********** for several years now and this hotel was the cleanest one I have stayed in. Not that the other ones were bad this one just stood out. Check in girl was very cheerful and polite. Ganado is the sleepiest town I've ever been in but still convenient to my event in Edna just five minutes away. That and Brookshire Bros grocery store literally next door.

Easy Parking. Rooms were vacuumed and clean surfaces but my 3 yr old was playing on the carpet with toys and everytime she got up there was visible dirt that i had to wipe off her knees, legs, top and bottom of feet.

The staff where nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and patient as I kept asking questions or make requests. It’s a quiet safe place. Not dumpy looking like some other places I’ve seen.
