惠斯勒費爾蒙城堡酒店的評價

費爾蒙是滑進滑出，來回温哥華的skylynx大巴就停門口，非常方便。聖誕裝飾也很漂亮。整體中規中矩，免費咖啡衹有早上5-7點，人比較多熱鬧，吃飯也方便，但如果喜歡安靜四季更好。

我女兒很喜歡

給了免費的早餐，太豐盛了，新鮮的水果，再有些蔬菜就更完美了！酒店服務一如既往的優秀，設施古樸低調奢華，第四次來了，除了貴沒有毛病！

Excellent hotel and excellent services, the friendly staffs certainly add to our good memories of this unforgettable trip!

Lovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!

是經典的酒店，中規中矩，一切都恰到好處。房間裝修風格就是老派的風，不是現代摩登風格😀👍冬季室外SPA 加桑拿太好了。聖誕季酒店裝飾得美輪美奐，宛如童話世界，還有音樂會和聖誕長者。當然房價也高。就是每天另收50加幣的體驗費不太合理，酒店組織的一些簡單活動如瑜伽、徒步、參觀博物館等，參不參加都得付款。注意客房要給點小費。

房間寬敞，明亮，可以看到山风景，服務人員很热情

前台服務不好，我在Trip.com訂房，但她都charge 當晚房價，我打電話問她為何時，她又不全數退款，她說每人都要交$58加元差額，最後我要寫電郵，訂房團體才回全數退款。前台總是推搪話電腦系統出錯，但我看來，是前台服務員出錯才對。 房間洗手間花灑頭壞，我的房景觀惡劣。或許我暑假旺季，影響服務。

酒店真的很無語，入住體驗很差，入住時房間沒有浴袍和拖鞋，問了行李員説是馬上拿來，過了半小時沒來，打電話到前台，説馬上送來，等了半小時還沒來，在走廊上遇到客房服務問她要，説是馬上開工單讓人送來，她手上明明就有一輛保潔車放着浴袍和拖鞋她沒給我。然後等了兩個小時。還是沒拿到，衹可以自己去前台要。服務真的很差！晚上要睡覺了發現床單上有血漬太噁心了。半夜和前台投訴要求換房間，前台説沒有房間全部訂滿。然後安排客房來換床單，三個服務人員進門不敲門直接刷卡沖進房間。真的非常無語。公共區域桌子上其他人留下的垃圾沒人收拾，到處都是一層灰。第二天早上要喝咖啡發現杯子上有上一個客人的脣膏印子，五星酒店價格比四季還要貴盡然這種服務，真的很無語。大家避坑吧。第二天馬上換到四季。費爾蒙價格貴房間衹有四季的一半大小。服務設施也很差。非常差的體驗。永遠不會再來了！

The Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better.

加拿大的酒店都是 30 年前的建築了，不要預期太高就好
