惠斯勒鄉村旅館和套房(Whistler Village Inn & Suites)

真的很可愛，位置好，比別人便宜

This hotel has a great location in the Whistler village, it’s easy to access and they have their own parking. The staff were great but the hotel itself is dated. Our room could use a facelift as there are signs of age and years of use everywhere. We also found the hotel noisy in the evening, kids running in the hall and people in other rooms were clearly audible. Prices were really high, which is typical at Whistler, but elsewhere I would not pay anywhere like that much for a hotel of this quality

We had a wonderful stay. Great beds, kitchen was well stocked. Bring an HDMI cable and laptop and you can hook up your streaming services. Location was great, easy to park and get luggage to our room. Thanks for a great stay.

Me encantó el lugar. Muy amostosos y cálidos quienes nos recibieron. Fue una estancia muy acogedora. El estacionamiento está incluido. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el aseo sólo lo hicieron en el baño y cambio de toallas. Pero no en el resto del cuarto (no hicieron la cama, ni aromatizaron). Fuera de eso, me pareció excelente. Muy bien ubicado ya que saliendo está la calle principal. _ I loved the place. Those who received us were very welcoming and warm. It was a very cozy stay. Parking is included. The only thing I didn't like was that they only did the cleaning in the bathroom and changed towels. But not in the rest of the room (they didn't make the bed, nor did they scent it). Other than that, I thought it was excellent. Very well located since the main street is just outside.

Nice staff, pool, rooms and hot tub. Basic property but much nicer than other price similar properties that allow dogs. The pet friendly room was clean and they provide a small toy, water bowl and some poo bags. We will stay in this property again.

We had some very disturbing guest next door. Had trouble getting hold of front desk. Once we finally did, they never addressed the issue and the incident kept on occurring the whole night. Hence, we didn’t get really any sleep at all. When we advised them again at check out, I felt like it was being brushed off. The manager, Karen said she would get back to us.. it’s been over 2weeks and we still haven’t heard a peep. On top of that, there were no towels in the pool area the whole time we were there. We were there before dinner and after. Really bad service. Don’t stay here!!!! They don’t care.

Location is brilliant, Front desk staff, and everyone we dealt with were super helpful, friendly and professional. Louisa, Elisa, and Laura at the front desk could not have been better.

The Good: staff were excellent, kind and helpful. The location is fantastic being right in the village and close to everything. The room was funky and different from anything I've stayed in before and clean, though a little cramped even for just 2 people. The pool was not heated but the hot tub was wonderful. The Bad... and i do mean bad..... the bed! It sagged so bad in the middle of the bed, we tossed and turned and barely slept and my back is killing me. Overall I would stay again, but would want to check out the bed first for sure!!!!
