We only stayed for a couple of days and it rained the whole time so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub. It's an older hotel, but fairly well maintained with everything you need. Access was automated through door codes, but ******* had stated that reception was there from 9-5 which wasn't accurate as they are closed during the week so if you needed anything that would be difficult. I did speak with someone beforehand and they were accomodate a later check-out, which was nice. The games room is a nice touch but many of the games are outdated or missing peices so that could be improved. Overall we had good stay and we would stay there again.

Grandiosa estancia en Horstman house. Super cerca de los lifts y de la aldea. Super espacio y cómodo para viajar en familia

Todo bien, cómodo, seguro y bonito, salvo unos detalles, la persona en la recepción el día que llegué cero amable, prácticamente solo me dijo cómo llegar a la habitación y nada de información extra como un mapa para ubicarnos o qué actividades o amenidades había en el hotel, en el baño no nos dejaron papel higiénico extra, lo bueno que llevábamos uno, además de que había un calcetín olvidado por algún huésped anterior

This place was perfect, we enjoyed our time and we were very happy with everything. The process was easy and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

Excelente opción para hospedarse, el alojamiento es mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. Esta muy céntrico y cercano de todos los lugares de interés. Mi familia y yo pasamos una grandioza estadía. Sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Whistler me volveré a hospedar aquí.

Great spot! Ski-in (not ski-out but very very easy and free bus to the gondola). Clean and very spacious unit! Front desk staff was friendly and great. Hot tub and pool were such a vibe amongst the trees covered in snow! Would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay. Only issue for me is there is no air conditioning it does get stuffy especially when at night

Great spot. Well equipped, great hot tub, clean. Free ski shuttle every 8 minutes to both villages.

Very narrow parking stalls. Otherwise very clean quiet property. Be sure to look for the email with checkin details and code, as front desk staff has limited hours. Excellent ski in location.

We have stayed at the Horstman House several times, both in the winter and summer seasons and are consistently satisfied with the property and the beautiful setting.

Nice spot! A bit far from the village but quieter and with underground parking.

Amazing! Loved the homie cabin feel, it was snowing while we were there and the fireplace was just an amazing ambiance. Front desk was kind. The gate opener code was very confusing every vehicle struggled, so I recommend front desk informing guests on entering all digits along with #symbol
