Comfortable bed. Good location for food. Polite customer service.

We made a reservation with this hotel specifically for the pool area and jacuzzi, and this area was on maintenance, we weren’t notified when we asked about it when checking in, until we were all dressed and ready to go to the jacuzzi, they sent us to the Hilton hotel which was nice, but not nice to walk on our robes for 2 blocks while it was snowing. Also the room’s toilet didn’t have water. We really liked the hotel but we will be really thinking on choosing a different one next time.

I went with my friends and we reserved only for the pool and when we arrived the staff said that we can’t use the pool because it was in maintenance and we can to go to the Hilton hotel (2 blocks) and we need to walk, but the next day we saw other people went and used the pool 😒 and than the toilet’s room was not clean very well and also the coffee maker it was dirty and the bathroom had not water we have to use a glass of water when we used it.. sorry but I don’t like this hotel and the service

Hello! Recently stayed at the Adara, definitely not what it used to be before (10 years ago). It’s a very good local village hotel with everything close by. The hotel itself was an average on cleanliness. Nice to have a roof top pool / hot tub. The restaurant attached was nice and they gave us a free drink worth $15 each. The parking area was stinky and it drips things down on your car so be careful of that. All in all I’m about 3.5 out of 5 rating for my Adara stay.

Location is great, room was great, service is ok, but parking is not available. We arrived around 7:30pm, have to find public parking nearby which causes inconvenience when you need to carry your ski equipments.

None of the claimed amenities were available. Since we couldn’t use them we watched tv. The tv was an old, cheap variety. The walls are thin - we could hear neighbors and music from the bar Management never returned our communications. The desk clerk was overwhelmed and unable to help.

Great Family trip First time in this hotel. We were impressed with the hotel. Congrats to all the employees, the service and the quality of this hotel.

Friendly personel. Spacious and clean room. Modern bathroom that has really everything you need, even the mini showergel & bodylotion smells amazing. The bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants & shops. I highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately the hotel is above Buffalo Bills bar. The Fire alarm went off at 2am. Was not a pleasant visit.

Their AC is loud and even we turned it off, it started blowing loudly again at some point. Tap water is warm.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was great and the facility was charming. It does our needs perfectly. We would definitely come back.
