Booked a connected room a week in advance. I called the hotel twice prior to the date to verify the rooms were connected because I had children. Both times were verified but not without concern because the second time I called the associate said she seen my name but didn’t see the rooms connected. She stated she was locking it in for me now. On the day of the stay I got to the property a hour before check in to set everything up for my family. I was told no rooms were available to be connected and their was nothing that can be done because the connected room was occupied. I pleaded my case with the associate, even gave her names of the prior associates I had spoken with to prove my argument. I even offered to pay for an upgrade for the person who was occupying the connected room since only one of the rooms that connect was being occupied. This associate offered me no help and gave off the air that I was bothering her . I stayed in the lobby for an hour trying to figure out an alternative. During shift change a spoke to the new associate and she did help me. It took her a few hours but she managed to make the changes for me which I and my family were very grateful for. Lastly, I asked for a late check out due to the late check in that was no fault to me and I was told the late checkout was full so I could not be added to it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. Very disappointed because the hotel was not bad but the service was not good.

Clean room, friendly staff ( thank you Paul for easy check-in experience) and excellent breakfast. Will stay again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent property - large rooms. A king bed room has a full kitchen including almost full sized fridge, dishwasher and all dishes. It also includes a pull out couch with a curtain to divide the sleeping areas. Great amenities in the bathroom - very good quality. Superb for pets - friendly staff, a great space to walk them and a cheat sheet of local vet resources, if needed. Also, PetSmart delivers the same day (if needed). The outside of the hotel features a grill as well as a firepit area with seating that sports comfy cushions.

While this is not a 5-star hotel, that is not the point. It is a 5-star value. The rooms are large with both a sleeping area and living area. The breakfast was fine, and while their was broken equipment in the fitness center, I was able to get a workout. This will be our new go-to place when visiting friends and family in Baltimore.

Hotel was very good overall in everything, nice staff at check-in and check-out, indoor pool open until 10pm, nice suite and the breakfast buffet excellent. I want back soon 🫡🙌♥️

The hotel was fine. They must not have used the heat at all. It was about 30 degrees outside and it was so cold in that hotel. Even with the heat on in the room I couldn’t even take a shower that’s how cold it was. If there was an issue with the heater we should have been notified ahead of time. It was the worst sleep ever with the temp that cold. Also the staff wasn’t very polite at checkin. Didn’t even feel the need tell us where the elevator was located after she watched us walk the other way. Definitely will not recommend staying at this home 2 suites.

Comfortable beds, clean suite with nice kitchenette. Very homey and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Quick overnight for a long drive. Front desk clerk very friendly. Lobby was nice. The room appeared clean however it was “tired”. It did not smell clean and everything was on the older side. Thin blankets. I was tired from a long day of driving, price was fair, but would choose another hotel in the area.

I loved this location it’s nice quiet and in a secluded area. The food taste way better than expected. Loved the 24/7 coffee and healthy snacks. The pool was nice as well, wish there was a hot tub but the pool temperature was perfect. The staff was fun and friendly and also extremely helpful.
