Everything they did was perfect right down to the free breakfast and cleaning of the rooms during my multiple days there definitely recommend very very happy with my stay

Only stayed overnight. Room was wonderful, breakfast was amazing! Excellent value, highly recommend. Laundry on-site. My trip was a quick in and out.

Nicely renovated rooms. Full size fridge. Great price for what you get. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again

Staff was excellent!! My only real complaint was the mattress was too hard. I was in pain. The new Reno’s are great. Very fresh. I suggest hairdryer’s in the rooms though. Special thanks to the cook. Great breakfast.

Very nice people. Hotel is older but good location for hockey kids. Parking is good. Breakfast is Ok. Please use reusable plates etc for breakfast as this is a lot of waste.

Room advertised was the renovated one. The room we were given was OLD. Huge spider in the tub, 3” gap under the door. Dirty furniture. We turned right around and left. Very disappointed and a total waste of money.

The room has a good space even with two beds it's not tight. And the room is clean. The only thing that mr complained was the room was too warm on the first night we stayed but we turned down the thermostat and it was better the second night.We like their breakfast.

I love cloud 9. The people are so friendly. What I don't like is breakfast is too early stops at 9 o'clock. I wish it was until 10.

The customer service is amazing, the price is affordable, rooms are always very clean, parking is easy as I drive a truck with trailer, all the property is very safe.

It was a really nice hotel. Very clean room. Just one thing that I really didnt like was breakfest only went until 830. So if u sleep a little too long then u wont be able to get any breakfest. But other wise would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, check in, check out and breakfast. Very good value for the money, room was clean and recently updated. Love that when you turn on a light, you have a nice bright room! Only 2 things that kept us from rating it 5 stars on everything, room was too warm, and 3 of the pillows too thick, the only thin one was lumpy. Breakfast was much better than the continental we were expecting.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 years. Rooms are clean and they offer a great breakfast.

The hosts, both at check-in and at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are renovated, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and they offered a nice breakfast. We would stay again next time we are passing through.
