Staff was friendly. The room was not very clean! Disappointed that this higher end hotel was dirty:( Great location for local restaurants, etc but will not stay there again.

We booked the room and when we got there the only room left was a handicap room. The shower was smaller and the bed was too low.

Everything you expect from a hotel. Friendly service, good breakfast, and nicely designed and clean room. Unfortunately the espresso machine was down, but the drip coffee held up!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dark, with no extra lighting available, which made it uncomfortable to use, especially in the evening. Cleaning clearly needs improvement. There was no refrigerator in the room, no extra table, and only one chair, which is inconvenient even for a short stay. The most serious issue happened at 1:00 AM, when we had a major water leak from the ceiling. Despite the severity of the situation, no meaningful help was provided, and no refund or compensation was offered. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

Room was nice and clean. We spent an evening in the bar and really enjoyed it. Brian was a great bartender and very friendly. The food was excellent, probably the best burger in town!

Lovely property with great rooftop hot tub, cozy interiors and nice sized rooms.

I have to say this is one the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The property was convenient and we were able to walk everywhere. Our dinner was spectacular and the staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely stay there again!

Staff wasn’t overly welcoming or friendly and the one bedspread was stained/discolored and the second bed wasn’t sturdy. If you sat on one side the entire bed frame began to tip toward you. And I’m an average 150lb woman not a huge person so that was alarming.
