Place was comfortable and staff were nice

We were pleasantly greeted at check-in by the on duty Manager, as well as late checkout was accommodated by the evening on duty Manager. Likewise the checkout was also without delays. Very impressed by the friendliness of staff and the services. We definitely will stay at Mantra Epping, VIC. again, as well as recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 5 star accommodation and 4 star prices.

From the moment that I stepped through the doors to the time that I checked out, I was made to feel as much as a VIP as a real VIP. The location and the facilities around this accommodation were exceptional and the room that I occupied, I did not want to leave as it was so comfortable.

The staff are very polite and cheerful house keeping staff were very thoughtful and just a really convenient place to stay close proximity to the Northern hospital to visit my loved one.

Bed is so comfortable. My baby slept well too. Heating/ airconditioning is excellent. It would be nicer to have a complimentary toothbrush and breakfast for the price we paid :)

Booked a studio for my family, well priced, easy access, good parking, currently and neatly furnished and a convenient central location in outer Melbourne.

We had a booking for the delux suite and the hitel booked the room for someone else so we had to take the single apt as it was only room available and we arrived at accommodation, highly disappointed and will not be returning- DO NOT RECOMMEND Also cleaners came in the morning while we were getting ready so we had to rush to get ready which to head out.
