Family group of three adults enjoyed a co- joined apartment & hotel room which was perfect for our group as it had 3 King beds and two bathrooms and a communal living area for us all to socialise. The rooms were extremely clean (cudos to the staff) and well appointed. Highly recommend!

It was great to have the ability to cook/heat food - more homely and also time efficient. Facilities were good. I have used the outdoor areas in the summer months. Shame the coffee machine was out of order - that was a lovely touch last time I stayed here

What I appreciated the most about Quest Whyalla was the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. It was also very spacious which was great. Although I didn't make use of them during this trip, it's also great that there were facilities provided for doing all your own cooking.

Great room with kitchen and dining facilities that come in handy as does the washing machine/dryer when you are traveling with kids. Very comfortable beds and bathroom facilities. The receptionist phoned us to check what bed set up we preferred noting we had a child with us - great little touch! Staff were really helpful on checkin and gave us loads of information on things to do and places to eat which made planning our day really easy.

It was great. I don't think you need any additional improvements. Everything was clean including pool, car park and bbq area. Technology was amazing. Everything which is basic was given to me including kitchen utensils.

Was not informed about additional facilities such as the pool. No info in room about amenities or restaurants in the area. Pillows could be improved, as well as better choice of tea/coffee provided. Comfortable for a short stay.

The rooms are comfortable, the queen bed mattress was old and thin, the springs could be felt all night.
I complained on checkout and the 2 ladies confirmed they were aware of the bad mattresses and asked that I write a report. This would help them to get management and owners to finally do an upgrade of all the bedding at the property.

The room was spacious for 1 person and clean. It had all that you expect in a serviced apartment with a good range of kitchen equipment. The Quest is a short drive to the main shopping centre and other amenities in Whyalla.

When you are on the road for business you want no problems, and no fuss when it comes to overnight accommodation, using Quest is a no brainer. Everything is as expected and ready, meaning no stress and you can just collapse and recharge for the next day.
