威奇託東北希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Wichita Northeast)

I actually didn’t end up staying, booked it for the incorrect weekend.

This is a unique concept for a hotel theme. The staff was friendly and pleasant. BUT.... When I got up in the night to answer nature call, I found the rhinestones that remained on the floor, found them with my feet! Clearly, the room had NOT been Tru-ly cleaned! Additionally, I made another discovery in the morning while reconn'ing the room before checking out. Very fortunate for the hotel that I found this after the fact, or I most certainly would have left immediately and cancelled all charges.... There was a sizeable chunk of POOP UNDER THE VANITY!!! UNACCEPTABLE. PERIOD. Not only was the room not cleaned, but fecal remains? Really? I do have photos.... So we are disappointed to say the least, and certain to never return to that property, ever.

Besides letting kids run down hall ways yelling from 10pm-12am it was not a bad stay. The hotel needs updated as the wallpaper is cracked and peeling, showers are chipped, you can hear everything that happens outside your room.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee maker in the rooms. I realize coffee is served down in the lobby, but when you get up first thing in the morning the first thing you want is coffee and you don’t want to have to go downstairs in your pajamas or rush around and get dressed just so you can have your coffee. As well I was there for three nights and my towels were never changed that I put on the floor, my bed wasn’t made and I really expect more from Hilton. Hilton Tru gives Hilton Hotels a bad name. And I had to pay almost as much for this room as I did for a Homewood suites room at another Hilton hotel.

Other than the water pressure for shower was horrible and the bed wasn’t the comfortable. It was a nice stay oh forgot bring ur own pillow those was so super soft and felt like u was just laying on the bed flat.

Decent motel all in all. Breakfast was additive and would increase likelyhood I'd stay there again. Pillows not the greatest but at least there were 4 of them.

The property was neat and clean. The employees were friendly, My only complaint was that my room was on the 4th floor, and the only ice machine I found was on the first floor. Thank God you had an elevator, but for us older folks, an ice machine on my floor would have been very much appreciated!

Tru was a delight. Easy, friendly check in. Our room was very conveniently located. It was clean and modern. There was no furniture in the room except the beds and nightstand. TV hung on the wall and lots of countertops to put your things on. No drawers. No carpeting in the room or in the lobby area. Lots of small tables for congregating or breakfast seating. Very nice. Great location with lots of restaurants close by as well as a large movie complex. We'll stay there again.
