Tariq, front office manager, is superb with customer service! Friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast food selection is amazing!! Wide variety of fruits and beverages, eggs, meats, warm and cold cereals, various bread selections and so much more. Appreciate the room amenities and fitness room. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to freeway.

Incredibly helpful, friendly & accommodating staff at front desk. I had a longer-than-expected-stay and I would definitely recommend this location. Very clean & luxurious rooms including breakfast. Thank you very much to the team here. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, great room, breakfast was typical continental breakfast you get everywhere. Coffee in both air pots was only warm. We went to breakfast at 6:15 am so it should have been hot at that point. It's the only complaint I have. This is a great low budget option in the Wichita area.

We had a great experience at this well-maintained, clean hotel. Both our stay and the breakfast were enjoyable.

Overall I had a great stay. I was a little taken back by one of your staff that takes care of the breakfast. I simply asked if the waffle batter could be refilled. I am not sure why but this made her extremely angry. She returned to the breakfast area she slammed open the dispenser, changed out the batter and slammed it shut. Did not speak to anyone and stomped away. Because of this employee I give your service a 3. She needs to work on how to treat customers.

Paying a deposit fee worth more than the actual room cost and it costing a 100 dollars more than 3 months ago would not recommend

Large room comfortable sofa & mattress. Good sized TVs with many channel options. NICE Hot breakfast with .any options. Fresh fruit.Pleasant favored coffee. Biggest negative was I am handicapped utilized a walker & they were told that before I arrived & could see this when I checked in. They put me in a room way down the hall. I should of complained & asked to be closer to elevator. Consider that when checking in handicapped persons to make their stay easier.glad the hotel is pet friendly.
