Great stay and location with lots of things to do and eat in the area. Service is always good. My only complaint is the breakfast isn’t very good and barking dogs in hallways

Noisy cars most of the night. Bed and pillows were super hard. I did feel safe and it’s a clean hotel.

Very nice, clean and updated rooms. We were next to the interstate and very noisy at night. Sirens woke me up several times. Minimal breakfast choices.

Stayed at a property up the road where the customer service was top notch. Although your staff here was kind and courteous, I feel like they are forcing it. It's not quite as genuine. One note is a homeless person came in to get warm on a very cold morning. Your staff allowed them to come in and sit out of the bitter cold. When the person tried to proceed towards the breakfast buffet, your staff member was very discreet and professional as she redirected the person and explained the breakfast was only allowed if you had a key card. It could have been handled so much differently. Your staff member used words that were not demoralizing at all. It was a difficult situation and she handled with ease.

The property is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is next to the freeway but I never heard the traffic.

Very clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable staying there. Good breakfast with great service. This would be a preferred place to stay.

I was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend this place, not just the service but its convenience being very close to the airport.

Breakfast was great. Minutes from airport. They also provide a shuttle to airport. We had a pleasant stay.

The facility was nice except the required scan to enter the main door. We got the suite at the last minute and enjoyed it for our family!! Would definitely stay here again.
