Very nice friendly staff

Looks like this property has more tenants living there than customers. The water is Luke warm for bathing.

It snowed the day before and they didn’t have the sidewalk cleared and salt put down there was no butter for toast and the room didn’t have any cups

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire building stunk of cigarette smoke so badly that it permeated our clothes. The toilet flushed non-stop. The heat didn't work properly and the internet was out. The curtains were full of holes. There was red staining on the bathroom wall that really looked like blood. Their breakfast was cereal and old fruit. The staff seemed completely indifferent.

The entire hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. My sister and I spent 30 minutes in our room looking for another hotel to stay in, and by the time we left our throats and sinuses were burning. However, Geet at the front desk was helpful and kind.

The handicapped room was ready poor set up. The bed was very high, almost could not get my mother into it. The floor was slick. Bathroom toilet was normal height. Bath tube was to high also.

Well not sure how to explain my visit other than ok ish the bathroom had broken shower curtain rod also found a dirty towel hanging up also at approximately 2:00 in the morning I know it's out of the hotels control somebody's car alarm kept going off repeatedly till about 3:00 in the morning I honestly hate leaving any kind of bad review for any business I returned to this hotel because of my previous experience being outstanding but that was about 5 or 6 years ago hopefully leaving a review like this might help to get some things addressed for future visits

THERE WAS NO LOCK ON EXTERIOR DOOR ON MY SIDE OF BUILDING - EVEN AT NIGHT! LATE AT NIGHT, NOISEY GROUPS HANGING OUT IN PARKING LOT! JUST UNCOMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE IN GENERAL.....GLAD TO BE HOME!

Good for the price. The room is large the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom needed some work, but again at the cost, it wasn't awful.
