星之漢薩酒店公寓(Star-Apart Hansa Hotel)

Angenehmes Hotel an guter Lage. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und komfortabel. Allerdings wäre uns eine funktionale Dusche statt der unzweckmässigen Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung lieber gewesen. Zudem gibt es lediglich Vorhänge, so dass sich unser Zimmer stark aufheizte. Bei einem Verzicht auf Klimatisierung wäre eine zweckmässige Beschattung und Lüftungsmöglichkeit (Insektenschutzgitter) sinnvoll. Die Lage an der Strasse ist aber bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht mehr als ruhig zu bezeichnen.

Sono stata in questo albergo ormai per diversi anni consecutivi. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Pulizia molto precisa e camere con tutti i servizi. Forse un po’ old style nelle aree comuni, ma la pulizia e l’ottima colazione compensano decisamente. Unico consiglio: toglierei la moquette. Consigliatissimo!

Schon bei der Ankunft machten wir die ersten überaus positiven Erfahrungen. Wir bekamen als kostenloses Upgrade eine Suite statt des gebuchten Superior DZ und dann verhalf uns die sehr freundliche und bemühte junge Frau an der Rezeption noch zu einem Parkplatz am Hotel, so dass wir nach langer, staulastiger Anreise nicht noch im Dunklen mit Fahrradträger einen Parkplatz suchen mussten. Der nächste Tag begann dann mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück und die Abende verbrachten wir im Restaurant des Hotels bei feinen Speisen und guten Weinen. Alles in allem war es ein schönes Wochenende in Wiesbaden.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst,alles heel verzorgd, mooie kamer met alle comfort, het kon niet beter.Het ontbijt was zeer veelzijdig , die eitjes waren zachtgekookt, zoals es hoort, maar in de meeste hotels niet lukt.. En Frau Schneider was top hulpvaardig , niets was haar te veel. Ik kom graag terug naar dit hotel.

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Hofseite. Sehr gute Betten mit 2 getrennten Matratzen und Decken 1.80 x 2m Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sogar die Mini Bar war im Preis inklusive. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Tolles frisches Brot und Brötchen vom Bäcker sehr guten Espresso oder Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum und das Reinigungspersonal. Das Restaurant im Hotel war auch überragend gut . Mittagstisch 2 ganh8und Espresso für 14.50

All of staffs are very kind. Whenever I visit and stay there,I was totally relaxed and feeling at home. Beautiful breakfast always makes my new day in Wiesbaden good. Excellent restaurant is on the ground floor. I recommend this Hotel.

We were here at the Star Hansa a total of 12 nights for pleasure and business. Our room was a small suite with a microwave, fridge, breakfast table/work area, and sofa, as well as a super-comfy bed. Two lovely windows that open with sheers and curtains for privacy/light control. Ensuite bath was beautiful and updated. For our longer stay, it was the perfect room for us. On a busy intersection, we never heard anything at night to disrupt our sleep. Very conveniently located to the pedestrian-only shopping area and the sites of old Wiesbaden. Beautiful parks nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Easy access to bus-stops, many grocery stores, bakeries and ice cream on every corner. Our room was kept up beautifully. The most friendly staff anyone could ask for! I must call out especially Ms. Selam Mengstab who took such good care of us from the beginning and patiently helped me practice my elementary German! Some parking on site at $15 per day, but it is not guaranteed, as it is a small lot, being in town. There are a couple of parking garages within 10 minutes or so if needed, and street parking as well. Highly recommended, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Compared to other German hotels, the room here had enough space and even a usable working desk. another nice thing, there was an elevator , large enough for people with luggage.

Pleasant staff, good location, good breakfast. On arrival we were faced with a flight of steps up to the main entrance. Negotiating these with a large, heavy suitcase was hard. We later found out that there was a ramp at the side of the hotel that we could have used. It would have been nice to have a sign by the steps to direct guests to the ramp. Even inside the hotel there were steps to negotiate before reaching the lift and then more steps from the lift our room. Toilet was so close to the over-bath shower and screen that it was difficult to get in and out of the bath.
