威根 （M6, J25）普瑞米爾酒店

The rooms are very clean, it's quiet, the staff are really helpful and there is plenty of free parking too. The room was very hot, the window only opens slightly for security ( i get that) but there was no air con, and the electric fan in the room was totally inadequate. Consequently we didn't sleep too well, if at all! The bed also seemed smaller than other premier inns that we have stayed at ( might have been a king size but didn't look it ) It wasn't value for money in the end, we paid nearly £100 for one night stay. ( don't know where these £49 rooms are??

Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, we had no spare pillows and couldn't find anyone to request these. The room was also boiling hot, too uncomfortable to sleep which was very needed before a long drive. The staff we did meet were lovely (check in and restaurant) but the food was dismal. We paid £20 for breakfast and had a drink.

If you want no sleep at all, then this is the place. First night, we had disturbed sleep due to the heat in the room and there is no air flow because the window doesnt open to allow any air in. The second night, two men arrived and were put in the room next to ours. From the minute they arrived, they were disruptive. Shouting and yelling in their room and coming and going from their room until the early hours of the morning. They would sit in their car for periods of time and because their car was parked under our window, we had to shut it because of the amount of noise they were making. The next day, they woke us again at 5am and we decided to get out as soon as possible. As i left my room at 7am, they two men were also leaving their room and they followed me from my room and made remarks to me. They reached their car and one of them said that before they get breakfast, they should rev their engine as to wake everyone up. By the time we had breakfast and left at 8am, they were still in their car being disruptive. Im shocked that despite two members of staff being behind reception being witness to this behaviour, they did nothing to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other guests. I always thought there was a curfew of some sorts implemented in these establishments. In addition, the room was filthy and shabby. The hallway stinks and it’s evident that guests are smoking in their rooms somehow. If i hadn't of paid for the stay prior to checking in and experiencing this, i would have been reluctant to pay at all.

房間不是我們住過的最乾淨的房間，牆上和踢腳板上有茶漬。房間裡的杯子有缺口，床邊有陳舊的東西。以前很喜歡有空調的高級旅館，但這個房間很悶，我們一直開著窗戶。遺憾的是他們不再提供這種設施了。

友善的工作人員，很容易罰款。停車設施良好，附近有超市。能夠快速去商店買一些小東西。床很舒服。其他設施都很好，淋浴、暖氣，但電視不能用。房間感覺很安靜，但因為我們只住了一晚，所以還好。

從大約午夜到凌晨 2.30 都受到間歇性噪音的影響，Wi-Fi 很糟糕（0.5mbs！！！！！！）必須額外花費 5 英鎊購買高級套餐才能獲得可用的服務！有機會換房間，但在凌晨 2.30 完全不切實際。未提供任何形式的補償。
