Was perfect to stay there view n ocean 👌

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück wurde immer frisch zubereitet (Joghurtbecher-Früchtebecher) und sehr schön angerichtet. Man kann auf der Terrasse während des Frühstücks, welches auch einmal länger dauern weil man bei dem schönen Ausblick auch noch die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoß war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Nur der Check in ist verbesserungswürdig. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn möglich werden wir wieder dort Übernachten. LG

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager Benjamin hat unser ganzes Gepäck in das Obergeschoss getragen. Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück wird von einem echten deutschsprachigen Spitzenkoch zubereitet. Ein Genuss für die Augen und den Magen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Sicht aufs Meer inkl dem kräftigen Meeresrauschen. Der Sohn Benjamin hat uns ein exklusives Abendessen mit am selben Tag von ihm selbst gefangenen Fisch und Austern zubereitet. Sensationell!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt bestens empfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Atmosphère conviviale Chambrés très bien agencées. Grande terrasse où le copieux petit-déjeuner vous sera servi. Situation calme au-dessus des falaises. Accès à la plage par un grand escalier à 100m du gîte

Whales Way was a perfect location for a one-night stay over as we were heading back to Cape Town. It's always good to have the sounds of the ocean as a backdrop to one's stay!

A quaint place with amazing views. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast was good too, and as always in SA, portions are big and cooked to order. My only take about it is, because of the wooden floors and roofs, it can get thumpy and loud when the people above you have children.

I recently stayed at Whale's Way Ocean and was extremely disappointed. For two days, there was no hot water in the tub, which was a major inconvenience. This was in the dead cold of Wilderness! Despite calling for over an hour - no answer or phones off, I received no empathy from the staff. Their response was simply, "Sorry, will see you next time." To make matters worse, the owner or person in charge responded sarcastically to my complaints. The lack of basic amenities and the unprofessional attitude made for a frustrating experience. I expected better service and will not be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Whale's Way. The service and hospitality from Benji were excellent. The breakfast was top class. Thank you very much.

The "Penthouse Suite" was our choice to celebrate my birthday. The host went out of his way to ensure the room was ready for this room with the view overlooking the ocean at eye level with paragliding! The delicious breakfast was made to order.

Wilderness is soooo beautiful! We were enthralled by its beautiful beaches and took long walks. Stayed three nights at a beautiful place, Whale's Way Ocean Retreat, which overlooks the ocean... and on clear days one can see all the way to Antarctica from one's bedroom. 🤥😅 Wonderful place, hosts and location. Leg3ndary breakfasts. Thank you.

The location is simply fantastic! Breakfast is served with great empathy and affection! The view of the ocean from the suite is amazing and with a bit of luck dolphins can be seen. The shower returned cold water in the morning, warm water in the evening was available. The jets of the jacuzzi did not work.

Great property with great views and perfect hosts. My family were treated as family. Breakfast to die for. Definitely recommend this property. We were given recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. Bookings were even made for us by hosts.

My husband and I spent a night at Whale's Way Ocean Retreat and highly recommend it. Comfortable, clean and an amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean. The welcome was warm and sincere and we were upgraded to a room overlooking the sea because it was not occupied, although *********** had allocated a different room to us. Left feeling that we had a great, value for money stay.
