Great place to stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. So many places to eat nearby. People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Could not hear any noise next door or above and was able to sleep good.

Check in was rough. We arrived at 2:00pm. with a reservation The male desk clerk told us to come back after 4:00 and we “should” have something ready for you. The posted check in time is 3:00. He offered no explanation or accommodation. Once we checked in (after 4:00) the female clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. The television and thermostat in our room didn’t work and she promptly set us up in another room. Thereafter the only issue was the breakfast buffet. They had a bowl of cut fruit that was - - let’s just say well past it’s prime. Ugh. The omelet station, though, was a nice touch. Overall despite several hiccups, it was a nice stay.

Overall stay was just ok. Housekeeping was not very good. Didnot look like pool wasnot clean recently. Website and information booklet listed a bar open daily but was informed bar was only openon Wednesday and Friday. Best part about stay was the breakfast. Great staff and cook.

I expect more from a Hilton at any price. The room wasn't clean, dirty floors, not enough coffee in room. Lobby coffee pot stale coffee and usually empty. Beginning to look run down and abused.

This hotel was top notched! Best hotel breakfast anywhere we’ve ever stayed and the all the staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly!

The room was not completely furnished. Large open area with no furniture, lighting was limited, Blinds didn't work. I stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and it was always a 4 star. I was appalled at how it changed. Never again

Bathroom sink did not dain. Gtoos stuff voning up inyo sink. Called desk anout the problem, was offrred free breakfast instea of different room. Later on I cut my hand underneath the sink trying to get sink to drain. Air conditioner in room us super ridiculous loud. Room was rathrr expensive, but needs badkt to be updated. Don't stay here.

We checked into the room 225. The Sink in this room was clogged and full of water. We could not wash our hands. When I complained to the reception, they moved us to room 226 which turned out to have the same issue with the clogging of the faucet and the bathtub as well as the heat in the room was not that warm at the beginning. The management in this hotel should do a better maintenance of the plumbing system.

Because we booked through ******* the staff said there was nothing they could do because we woke up to no hot water to shower
