The ceiling of the bathroom was LITERALLY caving in. Dirty-used washcloth on the shower rod- mold in the shower. Hair in the sheets- washed, but hair was still there. The people above us yelled all night- well, til 4am. No one cared. Completely foul place. we went out for breakfast- wouldn’t eat anything if the cleanliness of the room was any indication of how they kept food.

Was a beautiful facility in its time. Wonderful and friendly staff. Wish there was more for breakfast,and all the amenities were functioning correctly. Otherwise clean rooms and pleasant accommodations. We will stay again.we had Christmas there and it felt very much like home away from home. Our kids in front on Christmas Eve.

The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming. The breakfast staff was nice. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t at least have a refrigerator in the basic room. There was a disturbance on our floor that spilled into the hallway. My daughter was in a room down the hall and we waited about an hour before my husband escorted her back to her room. No fault of the hotel. You don’t know what is going to happen.

Last minute booking. Horrible choice. The room had a stain on the carpet by the bed and the whole room smelled like cheap hair conditioner. The bathroom was dirty and I kept on waiting to see a roach or something else crawl out. The drawer to one of the dressers wouldn't completely choose. I had to step outside at 11pm to ask other guests with children to stop making noise in the hallway. The food served for breakfast was mediocre and all I wanted to do was get the hell out of there. Awful experience. I will NEVER go back.

The inside pool was freezing cold when I asked the receptionist on the phone about it before we showed up she said it was heated. The hot tub was Luke warm and smelled like a fish pond. The room was clean. But we had emergency back home and had to leave. We're told we would be reimbursed for the second night because we were only there for 2 hours on day one.

Had a wonderful trip no one in the pool or hot tub the entire time my kids loved it. The heat stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to switch rooms.

The room was clean but needed some some small repairs. All the employees we came into contact with were nice and helpful. Just wish the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave.

The pillows needed to be thrown out could not sleep the pillows was like someone stuff a piece of clothe in a pillowcase I was hoping for the next day to leave no hot water The worst stay I ever had

Beautiful facility. The pool was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the water was VERY cold and awkward to have to go outside to enter the indoor pool. The breakfast area was large, clean and attractive. However, the continental breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was good but just donuts for breakfast was not what we were expecting. We had to end up goi g out and payo g for a decent breakfast. The room was clean and nice though two of the lights did not work. It was a comfortable room and nice to have a sofa to relax on. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Base cove came off the wall… when you flush the toilet, water keeps running…in the dining area, the wood edge between the carpet, wood edging came off.

The bed was very comfortable. The heat and air conditioning didn't work. We had the AC on and it was very hot. Breakfast was lacking alot. No handicap accessible rooms.

While it was not fancy it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but dont expect eggs, bacon, sausage etc like most other hotels that have included breakfast foods. Based on other reviews i read i asked to see the room before checking in. The staff allowed me to check the room and it was fine. The location to different areas of williamsburg was good.

I have stayed here a few times and have no complaints. It is an older hotel, but everything works and the rooms are clean.

Avoid this hotel!!! The rooms were very dirty and the pot smell would make you high from the contact buzz. We had children with us and the pot smell in the hallways were disgusting. One night the smell even came into the room. The bathrooms had hair all in the shower and sink. The window sill was rotten and the hole was all the way through, so the cold air was coming in. Our check in guy was very nice but the females working during the day would not even speak or greet you! Would not recommend this to anyone wanting to video the area!
