全美最喜歡的酒店，不是五星勝似五星。緊鄰全美第一文理學院，超級雅緻，細節之處處處見品味。多次入住，超級乾淨，床品高級。樓梯間設有自助水吧，蘇打水及現磨咖啡都很好喝，雪櫃裏有新鮮牛奶，而且是三種選擇。價格付得起的話，閉眼沖。

大概一個多月前在攜程訂了這個美國小鄉村的inn 9.30.就扣款了 昨天下午5點多去入住 收了我50美金按金 今天早上起來收到銀行短訊 酒店又美國時間半夜三更扣了我285.38美金 當時在外面吃早餐 兒子先回的酒店 叫他問他們為什麼要扣我錢 我已經付過全部房費了 酒店説扣錯了 退我了 我回酒店的時候又問了一遍 前台那個女的説沒有扣 我拿短訊給她看 她説她問經理 我叫她問完打電話去房間 打來的時候兒子接的 説是扣的昨晚的房費 扣錯了 已經退我了 酒店有最低價保障 我多付了1200 當然要找攜程退款 攜程説要找代理 處理一天了 還沒有退差價給我 要我提供扣款證明 銀行短訊 銀行賬單不是證據嗎 全部已經提供了 如果不是酒店扣錯了 還不知道攜程和代理這麼黑 多收了這麼多錢 我提前了這麼久訂 比當天到酒店的價格貴了1200 這麼個小破地方 這麼個破Inn 真的不值這麼多錢 這麼貴的房費 早餐都沒有

很有小資情調，服務超好的酒店。樓下的餐廳強烈推薦，小鎮最佳！

Sehr schönes Hotel, hell, freundlich, top Innenarchitektur. Gute Lage am Ortsrand. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorm Haus (inkl. E-Ladestationen). Restaurant im Haus. Zimmer top. WLAN, Safe, TV, Bügelststion auf dem Zimmer. Kaffee/Tee auf der Etage.

The Williams Inn is in the heart of Williams College. A short one way street lined with shops and restaurants leads into the Inn. The local area follows the rhythms of the college. This can be important depending upon what days you stay at the Inn. The shops and restaurants are either not open or have shortened hours when Williams College is not in session. Speaking to some locals, we found that the area is typically “open” starting on Tuesdays. This became obvious as the size of the foot traffic increased significantly. The Inn typifies more of a hotel vibe than an “Inn”. Remove the “Inn” from its title and it's comparable to one of the branded hotels in the area. It does, however, provide a comfortable accommodation. Each room contains a hidden “dorm” style refrigerator and plenty of space to spread out. The attached restaurant menu is somewhat limited in choices. Dinner service is pricey as compared to the morning breakfast. This is important because unlike a true “Inn”, breakfast is not included. The Williams Inn location puts it in the heart of many fine museums. The Clark Art museum is very close and offers a two day pass. Mass MOCA is also a short distance away and worth the trip.

I absolutely enjoyed my recent stay at this gorgeous and peaceful inn. The building and grounds were well-designed, and I appreciated the numerous seating inside and out for relaxing and reading a book. It's within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and museums. The restaurant was amazing, though I wished the cost of breakfast was included with the room rate. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Welcoming atmosphere. Light and airy bedrooms, spacious public rooms. Easy to use tea and coffee facilities on each floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food - try the Continental for breakfast. Good dinner menu and very reasonable wines. Perfect location for the Clark Institute.

Perfect location for proximity to Spring Street restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to campus. Very friendly staff greets you on the way in and out. The Barn Restaurant in the hotel does its best but service can be very slow. However, there are certain standout staff like Kimmie Oxford whom we mistook as the manager as she was very accommodating, attentive and clearly observant as well as gracious.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Williams Inn - the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We really liked the coffee station available on each floor. The common areas were very comfortable and welcoming. The Barn restaurant was excellent delicious food and top notch service.

We chose this hotel for its location and based on the online reviews, and we were not disappointed. This is a charming and quiet hotel located not far from the Clark Art Institute. The room was spacious and modern. The room was on the second floor and overlooked the parking lot, so we (unfortunately) had to keep the curtains closed while in the room, but hey, at least we could easily check on our car without having to leave the room! Conveniently, there is a decent restaurant (The Barn) inside the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

First visit to this new version of the Williams Inn and we were very impressed. Welcoming reception, beautiful grounds, convenient to Spring Street and the campus. Room and bed were comfortable; wish we had been able to stay for more than our single night.

Perfect location for visiting Williams College. Very nice clean modern farmhouse design. Rooms are spacious , nicely furnished, beds comfortable, shower great. Wonderful amenities w coffee beverages each floor. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant is wonderful with special shout out to great breakfast which was included. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
