The area is very nice, the hotel was very clean and good breakfast Buffett. There are plenty if places to eat if needed. I only have 1 issue and that was there was no handle in the shower to hang on to when you wash your feet/ legs. They do have a handle outside the shower but there should be one inside also. But all in all it’s a great place!

Yes clean and comfortable room. But front desk attendant service was great friendly keep up the good work.

This property is not up to the standard I’m accustomed to at Best Western, and doesn’t deserve the significant price premium over other facilities in Willows. It is just an average one and a half to two star motel. The basics were there: the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the HVAC worked. Breakfast was a disaster. Fried eggs were like hockey pucks. The cooked food was all cold. The “hot” water for tea turned out to be tepid. Better to go to the Starbucks next door.

Clean. Comfortable bed with good reading lights on either side. Good tv. Friendly check in. Skipped breakfast so I can't comment on it.

Staff was nice, room was good. A little over priced for a motel room.
