Wir hatten drei Nächte in diesem Hotel kurzfristig für Los Angeles gebucht, nachdem wir einige gute Bewertungen gelesen hatten und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns einigermaßen stimmte. Das Hotel liegt jedoch sehr weit außerhalb in einer leicht zwielichtigen Gegend. Da sollte man nachts besser nicht zu Fuß unterwegs sein, ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss. Dieses kann man übrigens kostenlos auf der Strasse des Hotels parken. Als wir das Hotel betraten, kam uns beiden ein unangenehmer Uringeruch entgegen. Dieser erstreckte sich durch das ganze Hotel. (Er war auch in den kommenden Tagen immer wieder deutlich zu vernehmen). Zum Glück jedoch nicht in unserem Zimmer! In diesem angekommen, stellten wir fest, dass das Bett keine 140x200 groß war. Sondern höchstens 120-130. Dies war ein ziemlicher Schock und das ist man auch von Amerika nicht gewohnt. Hier sind Betten meist nie unter 160x200. Eigentlich sogar größer! Das einzig positive: das Badezimmer war modern und neuwertig, allerdings sehr klein. Wir haben uns leider insgesamt sehr unwohl gefühlt und wären eig gerne schon nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Durch die hohen Hotelpreise in LA war es uns aber nicht möglich, ein weiteres Hotel zu buchen. Es hat in keinster Weise unseren Ansprüchen genügt.

We hebben hier 5 nachten geslapen. Hotel ligt buiten het centrum. Wel een aanrader om een auto te hebben. Voor de deur is het gratis parkeren. De dagen dat wij er waren was er altijd plek. Kamer was ruim en redelijk schoon. Bed was prima maar erg smal. Helaas hadden wij een kamer waarbij de badkamer verderop in de gang zat. Kamer 8 en 9 hebben dat. Erg jammer dat je de gang over moet om naar de wc te moeten of om te douchen. Badkamer was wel erg ruim. De dagen dat we er waren kwamen ze verder niet op de kamer voor housekeeping. My husband and I stayed at this place the night before our Long Beach cruise. I am partially disabled they do not have an elevator. We were tired from our trip into Long Beach and we asked if we could have a room on the 1st floor. Not only did they provided a room on the 1st floor, they actually gave us a more expensive room at no extra cost. I highly recommend this established to anyone needing to stay in this area.

So, this is not a 4-star hotel by any means. But the hotel has its own charm, and if you are looking for a low-cost option while staying in the San Pedro area then this is a good one. The hotel host was extremely kind, personally showed me to my room and even offered to help me with my bags (didn't need him to, but still kind nonetheless). It fairly centralized in the industrial part of San Pedro. The room itself was clean. I have a smaller room with an adjoining bathroom. From what I could gather, each room has its own bathroom, however some of the bathroom accesses are in the hall. But honestly, it actually adds to the uniqueness of this hotel. There is a very small parking lot that gets locked at night (locked from 10pm till 6am), and ample street parking. My room did not have a microwave, but there is a community one in the common area. But I had a minifridge, which is really all I needed. I recommend this place if you are simply just looking for a place to sleep, and plan on being out and about the area for much of the day.

I would not recommend staying here. The online review shows pictures of long beach which is a 16 minute drive from this Inn. Other photos show the hotel from a ground perspective but it regrets to show that the area is super sketchy lots of shut down buildings and is in the middle of nowhere. We got there and the door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. There was a sign on the door that told us to call to start self check in. We called the number and the voicemail answered. We call the number on the google website and when the person on the other line picked up, We told them we were here to check in and He just says ok and hangs up. When he came to the door it seemed very much like we were inconveniencing him by coming. On the booking site it does not mention you will be sharing a bathroom with all the other guests staying there, which you will. Shower and all. The room is pretty small definitely needs an update. The bed is small and if you move an inch it squeaks really bad. We were unsure if they were fully washed beforehand because we found dust on the bedframe that is screwed to the wall and we woke up feeling greasy. The walls are paper thin. Heard people yelling and laughing all night. As another review stated, it feels like your living at someone else's home rather then an Inn. Wont be coming again.
