amazing service here at the Premier Inn, they are very kind and helpful when we asked about the different services queries and questions that we had. The place was also cozy and comfortable, and convenient to reach. The free parking space we got was great too!

This is the second time we've stayed here. This time for a long weekend including Wigan v Leyton Orient :( then visiting relatives in/around Manchester. Definitely our favourite Premier Inn in the whole area, We stayed in Room 7 which is ground floor rear. Very quiet, clean and comfortable although we did a few footsteps from the room above. Wilmslow is a lovely town and the town centre is only 2/3 mins drive away. Probably the only downside with this Premier Inn is that the restaurant next door is not open early enough for breakfast so you'll have to go into town (plenty of nice cafes) or bring your own. On site car parking is free but can very be busy at times but we've never failed to get a space. Finally....... Tracy and Lewis on the desk are lovely! We asked Tracy to arrange for our room to be cleaned for the second day of our stay and it was done1

I cannot praise the service given by the receptionist enough. Nothing was too much trouble. She found appropriate rooms for my party and ensured rooms were provided with everything we needed. The one night stay felt like a real holiday. With premier inn you know the rooms will be ok, but the personal touches added an extra dimension.

Stayed for only one night and glad of it.. This premier doesn’t have a restaurant therefore it’s doesn’t cater for breakfast..(meal of the day)..Located next to a Hickory’s restaurant but this doesn’t guarantee a table..Nor breakfast..They do give you a spreadsheet with options for breakfast but these won’t be available until after 9am Wi-Fi even though I asked at reception was it any good which was” yes ok”was actually non existent This place is literally a place to lay your head…

Lovely quiet hotel. Just the base we needed for visiting family. Comfy bed so had a good nights sleep. Great restaurant next door. Kemal and Jolanta on reception were very friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Check in always so easy the team here are excellent . As a frequent visitor it is always good to come to a hotel where you are remembered Well placed for dinner in Wilmslow and business meetings this is one of my go to Premier Inns when away for work Always good to be able to check in and know that the rooms will be clean warm and provide what you need after a day of travel and meetings And the new paperless check in is superb

Great rooms, with very comfortable bed, rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet place. Convenient to wilmslow town and train - 15- 20 min walk. Restaurant next door is good too - with decent specials running. Will be back.

Great value for money, quick service and amazing rooms. Large beds with large TV. Checked in and checked out with no fuss. Will definitely be staying again. Very clean and has the hickories steakhouse on its doorstep!

I have been a fan of Premier Inn for years as they usually offer value for money with large, comfortable beds and clean rooms. This hotel did not offer those. The main issue was that I was in an accessible room and the bed was ridiculously small, low and soft. I have never been allocated such a small bed. It was impossible to sleep. We weren't allocated an alternative room as fully booked that night. We were moved the second night but were exhausted after our first night which spoilt our time with family we were visiting.
