Where do I begin? Asked for extra pillows but was told no. They use small pillows that are not even standard size. At 8am my wife attempted to take a hot shower and no hot water. You know, upset wife is upset life. Front desk assistant told us to "wait" because they were fully booked. Which is the hot water heater can't support their actual hotel to accommodate the number if rooms. 9:30am still ice cold shower. Should I mention the stains all over the bed once we woke up and removed the sheets. I guess the pictures will serve justice for future potential customers to stay the hell away from this place.

Only stay there if you have too. Sometimes the price is ok. Sometimes it’s HORRIBLE. they add charges when it’s prepaid or when they feel like. It’s not consistent

At first, checked me into an extremely dirty room. Seemed as though someone else was s staying in it. Quickly rectified the situation once alerted

My daughter were in town overnight for a memorial service,the room was clean and safe.The attendant was fine. Our only complaint was that neither of out debit cards worked in the drink vending machine,Mr Patel tried with no luck also.We borrowed money from my nephew.

They did not have the room that I paid for, which was the suite with one king bed and one double and a pull out to sleep 5. Instead, I go a room with 2 double beds that sleeps 4. They said that ******* would refund the difference. Also the back door entry into the hotel does not lock and stays open and ANYONE can come in from the outside. The staff is ok, but not very personable. The hotel is visibly not clean in common areas. I really think that I deserve a refund.

Difficult to find the entrance, poorly marked. The parking lot isn’t well lit so security of the vehicles is a concern. ( we had no problem). There were only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. No bath mat. Went to the desk and more were provided. Towels are poor quality.

I did not like anything about the property. It was dirty, unsafe, and noisy. We left a day early because it was such a horrid experience. The guy in the room next to ours let his TV blare all night. The desk clerk did ask the man to turn his TV down at 2:30 a.m., but to no avail. Would appreciate a refund for the extra night, but I'm not holding my breath.

We checked in and went to the room. Beds were clean and made but nothing had been done in the bathroom. Dirty towels and hair everywhere. We havent been staying here because we had bad experiences in the past but after reading some of the more current reviews it seemed like things were changing for the better so we decided to give it another try. The front desk was very apologetic and changed out room. We were with friends that also stayed here and they had blood on their sheets.
