Great hotel. Had a very nice stay with access to a good fitness suite and pool.

A very disappointing stay. The room didn’t feel ready, there was no drinking water in the room despite it being the hottest day of the year and our room wasn’t on the checklist for breakfast so had to be confirmed with reception. In addition customer service at dinner was very poor. A whole section of the restaurant sat for at least 20 minutes with no orders taken. The room was comfortable and the food was good but we didn’t feel like valued customers.

Stayed many times, the restaurant has gone from mediocre choice but well cooked to a greater choice and cooked and presented beautifully. Staff very friendly and polite, special mention for great service from Anya in the restaurant. Clean facilities all round, however this visit the shower poolside seemed to be only on cold, however the pool temperature was ideal to swim in. Overall a lovely stay and will be returning.

The team on site was very friendly and helpful but the state of the room was pretty dated. My sheets were stained and had a hole in them. There was very little water pressure and even found a hair in the shower. That being said, the mattress was comfortable, and considering the fact they were fully booked, it was pretty quiet, I actually slept quite well.

We selected this hotel for an overnight stay with the idea of using the spa on the day of departure, unfortunately the hotel no longer allows guests to use the spa on the day of departure after checkout at 11am. The decor is top notch, but mattresses are low budget and uncomfortable. The breakfast is great with plenty of choice on the buffet or order from the menu. I would say the hotel would be good for a longer break, but expensive for an overnight stay with limited use of the spa facilities.

The property is too far from the city. It is on the middle of nowhere. No buses go all the way to the property, Ubers in the city of Manchester do not want to take you there and even taxis do not want to drive that far. The lay out of the property is terrible. To get to my room, I have to go up the stairs, down the stairs and up the stairs and cross buildings. Of course, the elevator was not working. You would get frustrated getting to your room because you have to walk around lots of rooms. You could easily get lost. People that work there were not very friendly. I booked my hotel for 4 nights and I clock out of the hotel after the first night.

Where to start 1) poor arrival and explaination of services 2) meal over priced for what is on offer, service poor and and clearly we were not as valued as other visitors 3) asked for fan because room do hot nothing came 4) breakfast what can I say horritc disorganized poor service food poor, man in charge rude again face did not fit. Thought it was a one of ew having to go downstairs which was a joke with food but has been happening for a last 4 years surely a better service is to have a booking service. Generally beyond disappointing for the cost. Infact premium inn offer better services

super leuk hotel met geweldig zwembad overdekt, grote parking gratis, eten in restaurant geweldig lekker, mooie kamers , gewoon super!
