Sue met us and showed us to the room, very friendly and relaxed. Also covid aware. Location was great, best sleep, peaceful. Hubby loved cooked breakfast especially silly the sausages. I’m veggie and Sue was very accomadating. Fresh fruit and cereal every day. Location great, loved the walk to the centre of Bo’ness. Parking onsite. WiFi worked great, useful to for getting info about the area and what to see and do. Just wonder were sue gets those sausages from? .

We were met by Sue who showed us to our room with a lot of good information nothing too much trouble. The room was comfortable and clean .Ali made a great breakfast and the best scrambled egg just how I like wet, got to say also Sue also did a good breakfast and scrambled egg.Sue was always up for a chat when we saw her in the morning.We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting area and we will be returning it’s so close to everywhere. Thanks for great stay see you again

Great welcome by Sue, Room was clean and ensuite. Bed comfy, covid safe, continental breakfast served in room was delicious, knew it was like this when booked. Downside for some maybe that the WiFi went down, not to us as we were getting away for a break. Short down hill walk into the centre of Bowness. Bank Holiday, recommended to book in to places to eat as very busy here. Recommend walk across the ferry to beatrix potter House (need to book) Boat trip to Ambleside and day hopping on and off the buses to Grasmere, windermere and Kendal. Bus stop right outside the guest House. Thank you for looking after us.

Lovely friendly lady Sue welcoming you and taking care of any requests. Very convenient location. Compromise is it is on the main road so noisy in the morning.

Right in the heart of Bowness close to all amenities, rooms spotlessly clean, management so helpful and friendly. The only downside was there was no cooked breakfast due to current covid restrictions, however the continental breakfast with hot croissants was superb, would definitely recommend for a fabulous stay
