This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Encantadora estancia. Todo muy limpio, son muy amables, es cómodo. Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, en el que no hay nada, zona residencial, hay un centro comercial.

We've stayed with Hartmann's on the first 2 nights of our holiday after our flight. We booked with them for our last night before our trip back as well. Vicky was a darling in assisting us on arrival. Spacious, clean, all the amenities one can ask for while on holiday. For those traveling by car, there is secure parking as well. Maerua mall is close by which is very convenient. I'll recommend this establishment to anyone traveling through Windhoek. Four females traveling on our own appreciated the security measures offered by the establishment. I found my go to spot in Windhoek.

The apartment was super clean and had everything you need for a stay. Wi-fi was very fast and housekeeping was very friendly and checking up every day. Hartmann Suites is simply the perfect place to stay when in Windhoek!
