Check-in and the room was fine. Pool is permanently closed Post COVID and the gym is tiny with half of the cardio equipment broken. The property needs some upgrades.

This hotel was nice. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable though. It was a king that slumped in the middle. Also didn’t like that there was no continental breakfast.

My husband and I have stayed here many times when visiting family in the area. The first years of staying were great; then, after Covid, building maintenance, and several lackluster employees made for less than pleasant stays when compared to our previous experiences. We hesitated about going back but for various reasons this year, the familiar was easier than trying something new. We are now glad that we did. This past Thanksgiving, 2023, everything was A from the front desk staff, the quality of the dining room food and service, cleanliness, and calm ambience. Our room shined, seemed more open and spacious, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. It seems as though the original Garden Hilton that we liked from the start is back and better than ever. We plan to go back there, too, next time we're in the area. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving complete.

First what I would like to see different is for the ability for streaming through apps on the tv. It’s just convenient and brings a comfort. Secondly I prefer shower gel versus the bar soaps the hotel provides. The bar soap is just too small for more than one person and there’s no dish to accommodate. Cleanliness was good. I just despise seeing someone else’s hair strands left in a cleaned bathroom… 3 strands are too many. But overall the hotel and the staff were great and the walkout balcony was a super bonus!!!

Very impressed with this hotel. We have a 6:00am flight out of Bradley so were just looking for a decent place to spend the night. The front desk guy was very nice and personable and although their shuttle to the airport doesn't start until 7:00am they ordered us a Lyft at 4:45am at their expense.
