They charged me for opening two free bottles of water!!

We made a weekend trip to Winnipeg to visit family and wanted to stay close to shopping as well. It was a great place to stay, quiet, comfortable beds, ample parking and very close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant.

The service here was amazing, especially at breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast is fantastic and worth the price! The beds were comfortable and I had an exceptionally hot shower which I loved. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool and hot tub area. It is clearly not maintained. The water fountain and trash can were so rusted, they looked nasty and I almost gagged from just looking at it. The hot tub also wasn't hot, just warm. It's simply not Hilton level. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

we loved that it was on a main highway but we did not hear the traffic. all was wonderful. An included continental breakfast would have made it perfect. We will stay there again.

We had a very nice stay. It was quiet, clean room. All staff very friendly. Food was great. There is lots of parking if you go across the street but the main parking area was usually full and many parked poorly mostly due to snow piles encrouching on parking space. If the snow piles had been removed, it would have made for safer/better parking.

Pool is quite small but clean. Newer hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were courteous, and despite having issues with their computers, checking in was still quick and efficient. Hotel is right beside the Outlet Mall and across the street from Ikea, lots of food options near by. Would stay here again!

The property location is great. The only shortcomings are that the rooms do not have safes, and the number of bath towels provided is only adequate for 1 person.
