Hotel was completely booked up so the pool area was extremely noisy. We arrived a bit early
To check in and ended up waiting until 430 for our room anyways (check in 4).
Overall not bad. Not the place for a relaxing getaway, but the kids love it.

The screaming, yelling and fighting in the hallway and the room next to ours from midnight to 3:30 am was reported but it took 3 hrs to address.
This happens every time I attend either our spring or fall conferences. Not acceptable

The hotel smelt like old urine and burning rubber. It was incredibly loud. Housekeeping tried to come into our room, we had the door latched thankfully,, well we were sleeping, 90 minutes before check out. We complained and got a refund.

hotel staff was very helpful, rooms were ok. location apparently is crap, had my 8 month pregnant wife in for a check-up, the van was broken into. Back window smashed out in a snow storm diaper bag stolen and van was a mess. do not stay here.

At 1am people were shouting up and down the halls. It's a common problem as identified by signage in the elevators. Rooms and elevators need to be renovated/updated.

We had a wedding at another hotel but opted to stay at canad inns as I have always found the hotel chain to have great service and rates.
I called and asked for early check in and the staff was incredibly accommodating so we could get to our wedding that started at 4. Our room was cleab and the staff for our entire stay were friendly and courteous.

The pool area is great! Kids loved it.
The hotel itself is old and smells damp. We had to switch rooms because our smelled bad. Probably old carpet. Beds are old and too soft. Definitely needs updating.

The property is not well kept inside or out: the rooms are not clean there is a layer of dust on the walls and the laps. It appears they just clean the bathrooms and maybe change the linen.
Safety a concern with people allowed to drink alcohol on the property outside and vandalizing vehicles.
Elevator was not functioning properly. Domestic dispute safety concern noted on floor I was staying on ; called from desk 3 times as I could hear someone screaming at the top of their lungs. Nobody answered phone.
