I was not allowed to add an additional guest to my room, I offered to pay a fee to add my daughter and was denied ! Hotel was at full capacity and not allowed to add my daughter to my room, my husband had to be removed from the list to add my daughter !

Bel hôtel. Service attentionné.

Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, however for a Canada Inns I expected way better. The room smelt musky, the floor was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. I only recommend staying here if you really need too!

I was not told that the pool was not working until i noticed the pool ok the monitors and it was empty. Would have went somewhere else had i been informed.

Service was great. Rooms were probably renovated many years ago. We had a good time- beds are comfy

I took my family with three kids to Canad Inns Windsor park- we loved it! Our main attraction was for using the waterslide/ pool/ hot tub. It was perfect! The room was clean and large- very quiet and well insulated. The buffet was good- all the staff was very friendly and helpful! What a great trip! Thank you all for making it a great experience:)

For the quality of rooms/facilities/service, this hotel is overpriced. If you get a room with an indoor window, if you were to open your blinds people eating their dinner can see into your room. Also, if you have an indoor room…zero ventilation with an ancient air unit that does nothing but circulate the stale musty (or mouldy?) odour which is in the majority of the rooms. Also, the noise. Aside from other guests treating the hallways like an indoor track at all hours, there is a popular bar attached to the hotel…so on a Friday or Saturday, I wish you the best of luck with getting some sleep. And lastly, I had the dinner buffet one night. It wasn’t horrible but the options were limited and seemed like they were all bought from the frozen section of the grocery store. I’d say avoid the broccoli/cauliflower dish cause something was most definitely off with it. Oh, and with tax/tip you’re pushing 40$ per person. Just like the hotel, overpriced for the quality of what you’re getting. Overall I gave two stars because staff were pleasant and my room, despite the odour, was visibly clean at check-in. I also want to say, in reading the reviews for the hotel…every single negative comment that got a response from the owner/manager received the same word for word copy and pasted response. This doesn’t reassure guests at all that you’re doing something about the concerns they raise, it does the opposite. I will not be coming back to this Canad Inn location.

The smell of the hotel was off putting, our room was disgusting when we pulled the sheets back to check the bed we found bed bugs and hair it was disgusting. All the reviews saying it was clean, really? It was not. The front desk clerk was pleasant that’s the only good thing I have to say. Needless to say, we checked out as fast as we checked in and they weren’t the least bit surprised that we found bugs.
