Building definitely showing its age. We noticed it has quite a "musty" smell throughout the halls of the hotel part. Our beds were pretty awful, the mattresses particularly. The pool area is nice, the waters nice and warm.

Manager on duty was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time of 4pm had to wait like 45 mins and she only offered us 1 $10 voucher to the restaurant. Stayed for 3 nights paid over $800. I don’t think she would have liked that offer if it was her and her family. She wasn’t very manager friendly either. Room of course wasn’t cleaned properly because they were in a rush. Weird people hanging out in lobby asking for money. Not a good experience our first time there and last time.

Perfectly satisfactory place to stay. Has nice amenities like pool, fitness room, bars although amenities not used this trip. On-site restaurant convenient, serves hearty food with good portions, but seems a bit pricey.

After staying there many times using my debit Visa I was declined to use it again so I found another hotel that accepted it and was greeted and welcomed.

Hot tub barely worked (jets did not function) and pool didn’t have towels. Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom right in front of the room entrance which is a flawed layout.
Friendly staff, but was overcharged at breakfast buffet. The person executing the refund was making the refund seem like an inconvenience by us, and it took 30 minutes to complete the process. Definitely not as nice as other locations this chain has.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. The rest of the hotel was clean. There was a restaurant onsite. The pool was a great addition

It was just ok for me. Staff at the front desk and at altos were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was it's very noisy when someone above us had a shower. It sounded like they were in our bathroom. Beds were comfortable

The pool was too cold to be enjoyed and the hotel area was cold. The heat was not turned on in the building. My guests said they were freezing in Players gaming lounge. This was disappointing because the reason I booked rooms for my family was so that we could enjoy the pool. I have another family gathering coming up but not book again unless the pool is guaranteed to be warm.

Our stay was very good, room clean, parking very accessible, pool area clean. Very surprised at the call from the front desk asking if everything was ok, it was, very nice touch. Never had that before at any hotel. Thanks
