Good hotel for staying a night if you have a early morning flight

I was not impressed seeing that I cut my foot on a staple sticking out of the rug, not only once but twice, as there were multiple staples sticking out. There also needs to be a better system in place for the luggage carts, I had a hard time at checkout with my baggage. As I was informed that all the luggage carts had not been at the front since the previous day, due to ppl holding them in their rooms.

Showers need a good cleaning they looked like they need a deep clean, dark dingy, hair in the shower.

We went on a Tuesday so the hotel was very quiet. Not normal from our previous experiences at this hotel but it was a welcomed surprise as the pool area was also quieter. Kids had a fantastic time in the Dino Water Park area. The big water slide is always a hit. Hot tub was cleaned overnight and fresh water the next morning. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but that could just be my personal taste. Staff was friendly and quick to send maintenance when we had a small issue with the heater in our room. All was good and fixed quickly. While this hotel isn't in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, it's a short drive to many food options as well as Polo Park, a huge mall, as well as the airport. Definitely worth a stay if you're coming to town or need a stay-cation with the kids!

The pool was awesome and the kids had a blast. The rooms by the pool are very noisy so would ask for a different room next time but overall a great stay.

Nicest hotel I've stayed in. Staff are always so friendly. Love the property itself. Really love the rotating door. Looks classy.
