Central location, perfect for business trip. Food at the dine-in and restaurant was very good Comfortable rooms and courteous staff.

I am pregnant and visited town for a few days for a surgery related to pregnancy. Unfortunately when I went to park my car in the parkade all of the elevators were down (without prior notice even though I booked well in advance in November) so this was very unmanageable for me as I cannot lift my luggage and it was a struggle. I did inform them of this and they very graciously offered to let me give my keys to valet free of charge which was a huge help after the surgery, I just wish they had notified me before hand so I could have made proper arrangements or at have been told when I inquired about parking options upon arrival. While they did rectify the situation for me I felt it was important to mention in case anyone else is in a situation where they are alone and cannot lift or use the stairs

The first night I was in a room by the elevator and was not able to sleep due to the noise of the elevator going up and down all night. Second night I changed rooms, and I had no hot water. When I called to see if it could be fixed, the service guy came up and let it run for 30 minutes. Then said, just let it run before you take a shower.....next morning it was at least warm after about 20 minutes.... Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. They had coffee makers in the rooms, but neither of mine was stocked with anything and there was no free coffee anywhere in the lobby. I'll pass on this place next time.

Very inconvenient location, horrible parking situation with inconvenient third party parkade at the back of the property, with no elevator so yes, you need to carry your luggage down the stairs. Terribly disorganized with bunch of pick up trucks parked around the main door. No other hotel in the world allows that - people blocking driveway, need to back up to main road causing potential accident with oncoming traffic. In case of fire, no fire truck will be able to come through! Indifferent, sad staff. I stayed at Fairmont Lake Louise, this hotel should not be part of this chain.

This was my first time at the Fairmont and I chose it because it was close to the concert hall. Most aspects were good but breakfast in the lounge was a disaster. Service was eo disorganized and the meal took so long (nearly two hours start to finish) that it wrecked our plans for the morning. I was not a happy camper.

It’s fine but room showed it’s age. Most aggravating was a double charge between ******* and the hotel. The hotel refused to work with me. They kept passing me around saying they couldn’t see the charge. I had to resort to a credit card dispute. They also charged me for breakfast but it was included in the ******* reservation.

Always a unique experience to stay at a Fairmont resort. Beautiful lobby Chris**as decorations, room amenities and exceptional servers in the lounge.
