The rooms clearly don’t have the air running if you aren’t in them, and they have a weird smell - mildew? Very pungent. The A/C unit works only somewhat. There was stains everywhere (various .. types) and chips of paint missing all over. I didn’t like to walk on the carpet without my shoes on. They clearly haven’t done any sort of upkeep inside or outside for 20 years. The siding is falling off the back of the building. We only stayed here briefly overnight and that’s the only good part - we didn’t have to stay a second longer. YUCK.

Again this property was not as advertised. The pictures on the website showed a new building with new rooms while the actual property was old with old worn carpeting and marked walls. The furniture in the room was marked and banged up.

A once fine hotel is showing its age. Rooms are only lightly cleaned, stains and dirt visible. AC and TV's breaking down. Staff was friendly, some actually listened. Breakfast was fine.

Small breakfast seating area. Lack of food. Old, in need of a renovation desperately. Smelly in common area and in the hotel room itself. Broken fixtures inside bathroom. Dirty mini fridge. Just wasn't very nice.

This property is extremely old and in need of repair. Absolutely filthy carpets throughout well over 20 years old. Many stains and patches throughout the carpet. Bathroom was not cleaned well and there were numerous pieces of things stuck on walls throughout the unit. Just needs a good once-over by staff and not a quick walk through type of cleaning as they are missing a lot of dirt. The carpet is way beyond cleaning though. Not even close to being worth over $200 per night for this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had been assigned one bedroon suite although only requested regular room. Carpet was filthy with lots of large very dark stains and the furniture very worn. Felt was given last available room, although reservation had been made well in advance with notification of late check in as was told unable to change rooms because totally booked.
Bathroom, counter tops and bed linen appeared to be clean. Received small price discount upon request at checkout.
