快捷套房河港套房酒店(Express Suites Riverport Inn & Suites)

Property is in desperate need of repair/updating. Doors, furniture, lamps (except beds) were dilapidated. Pool closed too early as did the pub that they gave us a coupon for. Staff was very friendly though.

We have stayed here a few times and love this hotel. However the swimming pool has been way too cold, especially on our last day. An indoor pool should at least have decently warm water.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check in process was fast and efficient. The hotel restaurant and bar was good.

This is the second year we spent at this hotel for NYE. Was disappointed to arrive and see the hotel bar was unexpectedly closed for NYE when we chose the hotel specifically for the in-house bar, for the convenience of having some drinks and dinner for the family holiday right in one place. However, we were able to easily walk down the street for some champagne to bring back and got a very fast pizza delivery since Toppers is a couple minutes away, so we were able to easily improvise and have a great time swimming with our kids and celebrating the New Year. We and the kids also enjoy the extensive breakfast options available. We very much enjoy this hotel and will surely be back.

The cover for the Heating/Air Conditioning Unit was leaning against the wall, and a dirty filter for it was laying on the floor. There was a Lamp Shade sitting on the Dresser, but no Lamp.

Stay there often. Love it. Rooms are clean its quite. Love the whirlpool tub fir me an the hot tub fir him.

Decent place, maybe a little dated. Clean comfortable room. Good water pressure. Due to the nature of my work I asked for a quiet room, she placed me right next to another occupied room. Ok so far, last week the person next to me had their tv so loud i could hear it over my own.

The breakfast area is fantastic, so is the lounge area! Elle at the front desk who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful!

Checked in and found a ditry q-tip on the floor between the beds. If you want a good nights sleep and go to bed early, don't get a room that overlooks the pool. Got to listen to kids screaming Marco Polo till the pool closed at 11pm. (This was the only option they had when i booked.) Tried to adjust the room temperature and the wall unit screen went blank so it was really hot in our room.
