The check in was difficult and time consuming and the staff would not explain why. Although the motel was not busy, we were placed into the room closest to the four lane highway, ( about 15 feet from the room wall to the highway curb). Heavy traffic all night. The room was dirty and had ants in the bathroom. We killed at least 2 to 3 ants walking on the floor each time we entered the bathroom. Because of the staff's attitude when we checked in, we did not bother to report the ants.

They had no housekeeping services although you could apparently "sign up" for them which they never asked us at registration. Staff wasn't the friendliest when asked about it. Obvious new employee in the am and at check out were nice.

Arrived at 11:30pm to a crashed computer system. Was made to sit for 2 hours without being allowed to go to my room. Will never stay there again.

They did not know about directions to get us out of town. They were able to move us from one room to a different room because the first room smelled poorly.

i cancelled the stay in the first five minutes it was nasty and very very rude but i havnt gotten my money back on my card yet.

The beds were comfortable, but. we were cold all night. The heat system wasn't working. No extra blankets available

Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, parking was convenient, light breakfast was provided.

I have stayed here twice now visiting my college student. Hotel is convenient to Winona, just on the outskirts of town. The heat did not work in our original room booked and we were upgraded immediately, the front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and attentive. You cannot beat it for the price.
