Breakfast is not complimentary and its a little pricey for a hotel in the "hood."

Non descript and close to campus. I hate it when they only have shower products in dispensers and the dispensers are empty and you already started the shower and are jn a hurry

I was not provided the room type I booked. Then I was not provided the free breakfast coupon included with the booking. I had to argue both times. And the lady constantly kept saying “well you booked with ******* right”. Which was not right as I booked with **********. And which should not matter at all. The “free” breakfast was from the Starbucks not a buffet type included at hotel. And in the end cost $24. So pretty much nothing from the reservation description turned out as planned. Then to cap it all off tried to say checkout was 11 even though reservation info says 12. Get your act together hotel.

Hotel was fine and staff was friendly. I was only there two nights and the first night the electricity. No explanations and no emergency lighting in the room- just sitting in the black dark. The second night I was awakened at 1:30 am by the fire alarm blaring. When I stepped outside the door an employee was walking by and I asked if everything was ok. I was told he wasn't sure but that I just needed to sit tight in my room. So there I sat, waiting to know if the building was on fire or? When I finally stepped back out 30 minutes later, the same employee was walking back up the hall and said "looks like everything is ok". Maybe minor annoyances but I was only there for two nights and got very little rest. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Close to campus and activities.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel was conveniently located for a concert we were attending at the fairgrounds and we were able to walk to the event, saving us $10 in parking fees. We had two rooms and they were adjoining, which was great. Each room had an issue in the bathroom. In one room the bathroom light had burned out and there wasn’t going to be someone available to replace it until after our stay. In the other room the handle of the toilet that is used to flush the toilet was loose. Other than that the rooms were great. Good water pressure in the showers and comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel for any attending events at Wake Forrest or the fairgrounds.

The front desk was very friendly very accommodating room very clean I would definitely stay again

Stayed one night with three other couples who are long time friends. A class reunion of sorts. Cocktails, dinner and old stories were the feature.

Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. I would stay here again.
